OMEGA CARPET CLEANING

This is the second time I have used omega. Both times they were prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job. There were no hidden charges, and they didn't try to and quot;selland quot; me on other services once they showed up. I was really amazed at the stains he was able to remove on one of the carpets. I will definitely use him again.

I've been getting my carpets cleaned for over 30 years now, and this guy is by far the best carpet cleaner I have ever, ever had. I first used him to clean my carpets 2 years ago... I had just had them cleaned 6 months prior by another company, but they were already very dirty (which I attribute to poor extraction of soil and soap). So I called Omega, based on reviews I found online. He did a fantastic job, really took his time to get every spot. Honestly, after he cleaned them, they looked brand new. I just couldn't believe how white my carpets came.
After a year passed, I made an appt to get them cleaned again, but it snowed so I had to cancel. And then my husband got laid off from work, so it wasn't until now (2 years later) that I could finally afford to have them cleaned again. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so by the time he came, my carpets were pretty filthy. But amazingly, he got them looking like new again. You'd never know it was the same carpet lol.
The price I paid was for at house of 800sq ft, plus a 8x10 kitchen area rug. Yes, he's a bit expensive, but to me he's totally worth every single penny. In fact, I was so happy with the job he did, I even gave him a tip.
