MOORE FENCING

The bid process, quality of work, and resulting fence were all typical high quality that Moore provides. The only complaints are that the work was delayed for several months beyond the promised start dates and there was no outreach by the company to explain or communicate about the delay. We had to contact them to get updates on the changing start time.

We had a heck of a time getting vendors out to do bids and getting bids back at all. I would say we waited 3 weeks to get a bid from Moore after he initially came out. We signed a contract a week or two later and another two months went by before the work was started. They seemed to be incredibly busy/overbooked. The bid was in the ballpark of the others (slightly higher but not by much) but what finally sold us on Moore was the portfolio of work available for them to show us - we picked out the fence we wanted from pics of previous jobs, which was helpful both in visualizing the fence style and viewing actual details/quality of previous work. Though it took a long time to get a bid and get the work started, the process went quickly and smoothly once begun and the fence is beautiful. Employees on site where polite and efficient. Communication was good when a change to the original plan needed to be made. Overall, we love our new fence and are happy with the level of service provided after a slow start.
