MD Plumbing

I have used MB in the past and it was great, they have now merged with Urban Design and pricing has changed. Apparently you have to pay for when they aren't even at your house and go back to their site to pick up a part... A part that they probably should have had on hand. Ridiculous. My future business is lost

Fine, fast, efficient, we did have to tighten the connection later as it started leaking but since then it has been fine. We have used them in the past to replace a toilet, they had to research and find a toilet that would fit in the corner, and another time they repaired a leaking pipe inside a wall. We were pleased with both of those projects.

Excellent service. They came the same day I called so I didn't have to wait for hot water.

Great! Punctual plumber, knowledgeable and explained what he did, why and how.

IT WENT WELL. EVERYTHING WORKS. THE PLUMBER WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND AGREEABLE PERSON.

I had called two other plumbers to do this job before I called MD. The first one, I called three or four times, leaving a message with the receptionist each time and getting no call back. The second one did not work on an hourly basis. They quoted per-job. Their guy tried to up-sell to the point to where the two options he presented were $678 or $700+. Finally I called MD and they scheduled me on the first phone call, for the next morning. The tech was a bit late so I called to see what the status was. They told me he was running a little over on his previous call, which happens. I'm not going to hold that against them. When their plumber arrived, I showed him the job. He was polite and a nice guy. and he understood what needed to be done. He didn't try to suggest any additional unneeded upgrades or add-ons. I completely appreciated that. These people may be the last honest plumbers around. I would highly recommend them.
