Quick, easy, did a great job.

They did a very good job and cleaned up after the job was complete.

Very well. The 2 workers showed up on time and completed the work promptly. They were courteous and responsive to questions, comments and requests. They followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I'm sure the work in the crawl space was not pleasant but they didn't complain. They donned protective suits and masks to complete the work. The work site was left clean. By the way, installing insulation under the floor really made a big difference in the temperature of the floors during the cold months. They were much warmer and the house stayed warmer overall. We'll be comparing the heating costs between the years to see the difference.

I called the company phone number and I left a very detailed message as to the insulation work we needed (more or better insulation in walls, attic, garage, etc). While I did leave the message over the weekend, I received a call back very late Monday. I was told someone would call me back to make an appointment for a visit and estimate. On Friday of that week, a gentleman called me with an attitude that he was doing me a favor! He said if he did make it out that day at all, it would be very late. It was pretty obvious he didn't want to come. Since we had to go out of town for Christmas, I told him when we would return and we are still waiting for contact, which at this point I don't think I want. If the company is very busy or short-handed or whatever, why not just say that? The smallest bit of honesty is far better than this way of treating a customer. For the record, if Angie's List hadn't sent me an email specifically requesting this review, I probably wouldn't have shared this information. That said, I will start calling other insulation contractors today.

They came with an estimate within hours after my first call. The work was scheduled for 4 days later. The crew showed up on time, were very pleasant, did the job in less than an hour and cleaned up any stray insulation. I was pleased and hope that the result will be lower utility bills. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Looking for ways to lower my heating bill in my 40+ year old house I had inspected the walls (removing electrical receptacle covers and looking for insulation) and didn't see any signs of existing insulation. I also had gotten a bid from another outfit. Although the Loerke measurement was almost 20% greater than the other company's, their bid was slightly lower. I was also impressed by the representatives apparent knowledge and his representation of the company's professionalism. Although we could not complete the work, Loerke was very good about it and did not charge me for the time it took to come out to my house. That says to me that Loerke is an honorable company that operates with the highest integrity,

I would recommend them. They were right on time. I would use them again.
