Sold for full asking price in less than a week!

They ended up taking it off the market themselves. I didn't like anything about them. Part of it was my fault. When it came time to close the deal it was a horrible experience. I felt like they were going to put a gun to my head to sign the papers. The realtor brought her husband with her which I didn't like from the beginning but you just kind of have to go with it. I was under a lot of stress during this whole thing because I was moving. She was so lazy and she treated our home owners resident just terrible, she demanded everything. She was so lazy and she just makes unrealistic demands in short periods of time on everybody. We had an offer and we had a lot of problems with the house and I wasn't willing to pay all the expenses. They came in and gave a counter offer which I said I wouldn't do because I put a fair price on the list. Even though it needed repairs I felt the buyer was getting a good deal and with the market we were in. Then she and her husband came in and I think he took everything off of my table. We were in the middle of everything and he belligerently took everything off my table. I told them I wasn't going to pay any expenses. We ended up writing it as a $351 expense I would pay, he got up and slammed the door shut. She finally said she didn't want to deal with us anymore so she would be sending us papers to ceased our contract. She wrote us this horrible email telling me how bad me and my daughter were.
