Timely, well done, professional, friendly, good value

I dislike writing a negative review of a company, but enough is enough! I signed a year contract with Holiday Pools to keep my pool and spa clean and health. In June when we were on vacation in Canada we received a call not from Holiday Pools but the person watching our house saying that the water was pouring out of our filter and creating mud in the pool and deck. Holiday Pool said our filter top was warped, but I never had any problem with it when I cleaned the filters. They were slow to make things right and clean up. I had to buy a new filter top and did not receive a sorry. After the filter was fixed the pool associate did not reset the pump timing. I have had to leave notes on my filter each week to remind the pool associate to do something they should know about. This week I left a note that the spa water looked yellowish which means they did not check it the week before like they are schedule to do. In addition, some soil that was at the bottom of the pool was still there after the pool associate left suggesting he did not even sweep the pool. While in the pool yesterday I looked over to the spa and say foam overflowing from the spa. It seems like the reputation of this company is going down each week. I will choose a new company when my contract is up. This has been an extreme headache!
