The remodel on the kitchen went very smoothly. The roof patch he did still doesn't leak we need to put a roof on the whole house and we will have High country do that next summer. The floor he did is beautiful and everyone always pays compliments. High country came in and started on the roof loren explained we had to fix that so the new kitchen would stay dry. Loren and his crew demo the old kitchen and we found allot of old dangerous wiring loren always assured me this is ok and its part of doing a remodel on a old house. The kitchen went a lot faster then i anticipated loren did recessed lighting all new plumbing cherry cabinets and granite counters high country did all the work except the granite. As soon as the kitchen was complete Hcc started on the flooring it took High country know time at all to finish laying the hardwood.

I highly recommend High Country Construction, he is great and we are going to have him do more work for us for sure. He was right on time, right with the job, when you call he always answers his phone every time and I was just blown away with this guy. Everything he does, he leaves the place spotless and he does more then what he said he is going to do. He was good on the price because we had about 4 estimates and he was right with them. There was one that I felt was a bit shady and they were a bit cheaper but I thought the price was great.

Loren with High Country Construction was prompt with the estimate and start date. He was very knowledgeable and professional and there were no surprises! Job was completed quickly and outcome was better than expected! We had some tricky requests for the guest bedroom closet and Loren was able to make it all work. He and his crew were also very clean while doing the job! We would highly recommend High Country Construction and plan to use them again for future projects!

With all the jobs Loren and his company have done for us we have no complaints. Everything he does is handled very professionally. The estimates were all very accurate on all three of the jobs he did for us. He gets things done in a timely fashion too. He also keeps the area he is working on very clean and never left a mess behind. He does great work and doesn't cut any corners. He does the job at 110% We will definitely be using Loren and his company again for many more of our construction needs. We refer him to anyone we know. He is great!

Couldn't have gone more smoothly! Mr. Kolu has a work crew of young, professional, clean-cut workers. They were all pleasant to be around. I felt very comfortable having them in my home around my two young children. They happily worked around this stay-at-home mom and her two toddlers and kept the work environment G-rated. They always showed up on time and even stayed a little late to make sure their time projections were met. I love that when they said something would be done by a certain time that it was done by a certain time. They even finished our entire project a day earlier than they said they would. The workers were careful around my small children and treated our furnishings and even the toys with care. The work they did all looks great and the tile looks stunning. Mr. Kolu always let us know his professional opinion and provided guidance when we asked him regarding flooring options, baseboards and paint. We never had any surprise expenses. He always tried to give us all the info up front. This company is a grade-A, class act company. Not at all like the horror stories you hear about some contractors. We give them the highest possible recommendation.

High Country Construction has done multiple projects around our home and the work they have done for the price is unbelievable. Always on time, always professional, very clean and we are always amazed at the job when they are done. Top notch company that we will continue to use in the future for all our home projects.

Loren and crew are the most reliable and honest contractors I have ever come across. I have had them work on so many different things, from my home to my businesses, so I don't know what to say about the date and monetary amount. It varies. EVERY time they say they will be there, they are, which most people know is NOT typical of contractors. Their word is gold in my opinion. Not to mention, the work Loren and crew does is the best quaity. I know if you weren't satisified, they would come back until you were, with no extra charges (unless upgrades from original plans I would assume). I haven't been unhappy, so I haven't put this to the test, but feel strongly he would do so. They are extremely clean as well. Each day when they would leave, they would completely clean up after themselves, and you wouldn't know they were there. THAT is rare. I have referred him to multiple friends and clients of mine, and have always had positive feedback. HIGHLY recommend High Country Construction.
