The field supervisor showed up on time to provide the flooring protection as the drywall was being delivered the next day. We touched up some areas of concern to protect our carpeting. Drywall was delivered by the supplier the next morning after a call from Hardesty to confirm the time. The following day the drywall hangers showed up, they were subcontracted by Hardesty (which we knew beforehand), they were a little disappointing, their manager kind of barged in our house without introducing himself and asked me what needed to be done (which he should have known). When he left his two hanger proceeded to have lunch in our backyard, which was fine, it was lunch time though we wish they would not have left their chicken bones back there. They finished up in a few hours. The following day and the next few days Hardesty spent a few hours a day onsite leaving when things needed to dry overnight. When things were textured and painted we noticed some inconsistencies with the textures. After a late Friday afternoon call, Terry came out Monday morning and fixed it. Great service, very responsive. My wife and I are very happy with the finished product.
