Granite Transformations

It was very professional and they completed the kitchen in one week.

I was so pleased with the workmaship! Even the sales rep was fantastic, even though there was some difficulty in deciding what route to go with. They advertise no demolition, and they actually come in and make a template of your dimensions and space. They then come back and bring a custom-made granite counter top that fits perfectly over the counter. It only took a couple hours, and it was just a wonderful experience. I inquired about after care, and they said it was covered by lifetime guarantee. I was happy for one year. Then I started noticing rough patches. I started looking at it close and I decided to contact them back. Upon their return, they said "Oh, you're just looking for problems." I assured them I'm not. It's now starting to pit in places. I even have a friend who has the same type of counter top who confirmed she had the same issues. They've been out several times to try and fix it, to no avail. Apparently the product itself is defective. They have offered me the option to put yet another counter top over the defective counter. I'm concerned about the foundation under the fixture. He then started offering deals for installing a new shower, or he can give me some sort of a refund. I still have no resolution and I'm not sure what I should do. They have come out several times and just can't get it right. Even after spotting them at a home show, and calling them out for failing to come out and get it done, they still have fed me nothing but lies. They just keep telling me that they "Want to make it right."

On a whole, they were very good. It was done within a day. I like the idea that they just did it right away and dint have to tear away my old counter top.

Granite Transformations were great. From the sales tech to the insulation techs they were all amazing. They were able to lay out a complete template format with the whole process of installing our counter-tops. They came out right away, and very professional. After the job was complete they mailed out a "Thank You " letter for choosing their company. I would recommend Granite Transformations to anyone, it was a complete pleasure working with this company.

It was extra expensive. The countertop is okay but I don't know if I paid too much. They did get it here in a reasonably amount of time. First they told me that it's going to be three weeks before they could put it in. They came quite a bit faster than that. The quality seems to be fine but we did have to call them back because they left a piece of grout. We did get that repaired and they came right away for that.

I give them an A for returning calls and showing up on time as promised. That means a lot and goes a long way. But the sales process was targeted at those who are prepared to remodel with a brand name company where price is not the deciding factor. For me specifically that's how I felt.

It was okay. They sent two young guys out. One evidently was just in training. So they did slop a little sealer on the woodwork and didn't wipe it up. When I tried to wipe it up, it had hardened up and took the paint off the cabinet. I wasn't too pleased with that. One of the seams on one side is not even. I did talk to them at the fair in November or December. They said they could come out and fix that. I just haven't made an appointment for them to do so. I am very pleased with the product. I have gotten quite a few compliments from people that have been in the house and seen it. It's odd pieces of granite that they grind up and mix them with polymer. It's not as expensive as if you went to do straight granite. Plus, it can go over your old countertop. They now do complete bathroom renovations, too. I would tell other people to just watch and pay attention to what the workers are doing. The finished product was pretty good. The price was okay. I had them out about two years prior to give me an estimate but I didn't go ahead with it at that point in time. When I did go through with it, I was thinking that they probably had reduced the prices because the economy was so bad. They went through with the one from two years prior to that. It definitely was cheaper than to go for full granite.

They are fine. They are quick and clean. Everything was good. They were right on time. Everything was done as scheduled. I used them because they are good. Our neighbors used them after we did the first thing and they were happy too. We got a price from another company with the same job and it was twice their price. Everything looks really good. The price was good for the job they did. We would definitely use them again.

They arrive on time, installed the top in less than a day, and it fit perfectly and still looks like new. Workmanship was fine and the installers were pleasant and professional. A very worthwhile investment in our home.

I saw them in a home show. The job was fine, except for one seam that I can see; I do not like it. I hope I do not have to use them again.

They said that it would take a couple of days to do the work but it ended up taking a even week to get the part. It took four weeks to get the job done. They measured wrong and had to do some readjustments on it. The people who install the work are not professionals and it was crooked when they cut the holes for the faucets. They wouldn't install any of the fixtures for the sink so I had to get a plumber to do the work. They use a glue that is so toxic that the fire department had to come to my house to evacuate it and the glue actually ended up giving me a seizer. It's a good product but the installation was terrible and it took four different installers to get it even semi-correct. The plumber had to adjust the faucet area because it was crooked.
