Pat fit me in the same day I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair in about 15 - 20 minutes. He is professional and customer oriented. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

He came when he said he would. He was polite, personable and completely professional. He quickly discovered the source of the problem--checking my electrical connections and fuses and advised me on what to do if it happened again. He didn't charge a trip charge and I thought his minimum charge was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I need similar services. He also didn't chide me for having an old dryer, either.

The tech displayed knowledge of the dishwasher and very quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. When I contacted Pat Gilmore, I asked if there was an off-chance that he could fit me in his schedule today and got lucky that he had some time. Mr. Gilmore was punctual, professional and pleasant to have working in my home. He solved the problem in a very reasonable amount of time, showed me the problem and how to fix it myself should the problem happen again. His price was very fair. I will definitely refer him to friends and most definitely will call again if I have another appliance repair need.

Gas oven in an older stove would not light. I described the problem in detail to the owner on the phone. He said the problem was mostly likely that the igniter was not producing enough amps to open the gas valve. He had an opening same day that I called. He showed up on time and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Good professional experience.

This guy is the greatest! I have called him for years anytime an appliance of mine needs work. He has worked on our refrigerator, our dishwasher, our washing machine and our dryer. He is honest, fair and thorough. I recommend him to friends and family and have never heard a bad word about any of his work, it's great there are still hard working servicemen out there that care about doing a job right.

He worked on dishwasher, ordered new parts and installed them. When washer continued to malfunction, they refunded the replaced parts. They were honest and had much integrity.

We've used his services a couple times within the past year for Washer/Dryer issues, Dishwasher issues, and just last month for an Oven problem. He evaluated and repaired items when that was the appropriate choice and gave excellent helpful advice in the case where replacement was a better option. He came when promised and was honest with his advice as to whether it made sense to repair or replace items. He was helpful with information, even though it didn't benefit him with a sale, when replacement was the best option. I'll call him again when we need help with any other appliance in our home.

When dishwasher still didn't function correctly, he informed us of the cost of the part (which was more than the dishwasher was worth). He then removed the parts he sold us earlier and refunded the cost. Very honest and fair---went out of his way to do the right thing.

Recommended that we replace the unit rather than buying a new compressor.

My husband called Pat at Gilmore Appliance Repair just before lunch to see about getting our dishwasher repaired (it just stopped working all of a sudden). Pat agreed to stop by at 3:00 PM the same day to have a look. He arrived promptly at 3:00 PM and had our dishwasher up and running by 3:05 PM. He was incredibly professional and even took the time to explain what had caused the problem and how to avoid the issue in the future.
