Could not be a easier provider. This company is part of build.com. And lighting direct.com I used all three for over $2000 of supplies for full kitchen renovation. Prices:super competitive ( and I am a huge comparison shopper) AND they match and often discount additional amount on many items. Returns: a breeze even though you still have to repack and ship out..refund with little or no hassle immediately. I ended up feeling like my helper on the phone "Elizabeth" after many conversations, was a member of the remodel team and in all the best ways. Whatever business model they have please keep it going. Wish other vendors ( are you listening walmart,sears,myknobs.com???alas probably not......no worries build.com I am a loyal fan!

I ordered everything for the bathroom, toilet/faucet/shower faucet/bathroom accessories/shower door and everything came in a matter of days and in excellent condition. They post reviews of all the merchandise which was extremely helpful and their prices are very reasonable. Enables you to ask a questions and they get back to right away. Excellent customer service!!
