Description of Work: It has been about 4 years ago when we used them. They did a good job when they came out. They put in a swamp cooler. They were in contract with a warranty company that I am going through.

Description of Work: They did service for me over a year ago. I think they snaked the line for us and I would give them a letter grade of a B.

Description of Work: Shower had a drip from the shower head which was causing mold to grow more quickly than usual. Plumber replaced two small gaskets and tightened the retainer so tightly that I had to loosen it. There is practically no adjustment between hot and cold. Thirty minutes for $180 - c'mon!

Description of Work: We had a new toilet, purchased through Earl's, installed by their tech, Charles. Charles did a quick, competent & efficient job. He was friendly & answered all questions we had. The HUGE problem was the scheduling & punctuality. After consulting with Charles, I scheduled a Saturday, between 10 & 11 with the main office. They told me Charles would call me when he was on his way. I didn't receive a call, & called the office about 11:15. The answering service bounced me around a couple of times until I was told by another tech, Charles was on his way & would be there by 12. At 12:15, I called again, & was told Charles wasn't working today & the on duty tech was 50 miles away on another job. We had decided to cancel the whole thing when Charles pulled up ready to install the toilet. He was apparently unaware of the situation & we very reluctantly had him do the job. He took 50.00$ off the bill, a disposal fee we weren't aware of, but by then we just wanted the job done. Very poor customer service & no communication between the tech & dispatcher. Again, Charles was very good & we had no problem with him. They need to improve their communications with their customers, i.m.o.

Description of Work: Our old hot water heater was failing to provide hot water. We called Earl's Performance Plumbing, which we have used twice before. Earl's responded to our early morning call the same day (around 1 p.m. ) Donny, the service specialist tested the hot water heater, explaining each step. He found the problem in the thermostat controller which required replacing the whole value system Because the water heater had seen better days, was out of warranty, we decided to have Earl's replace the old water heater unit. Donny jumped right on it and took the water heater out, in the meantime the hot water heater was delivered (in about 1/2 hour), and Donny put it back together and tested it within the next hour. The water heater is a Braford and White and the cost included a lifetime warranty. We were very satisfied with Earl's timely response, installation, and overall straightforward and professional approach. There was no pressure or sales pitch, he was very professional and he answered all of our questions satisfactorily. We are happy with the result. I would say to give Earl's a try.
