The provider fixed the problem at a reasonable price.  I recollect it was about $150.  He took the time to explain how to avoid the problem in the future.

From the time of the call for service to completion of job was approximately 2 hours.  The person who took my call and the person who did the work were very efficient and professional.

I used their plumber Jeff.  I think this company is a really good and honest company. If there was something wrong plumbing wise they would always make it right.

It was great. We have a home warranty and they contracted with Earl’s Performance Plumbing for us. Our bathroom sink was having issues. They put in a new faucet and a new trap. Just one plumber came out and it took about 3 hours. He completely replaced the sink. Scheduling was done on our own and that was good. They were very prompt. They did come out and did the job and they even called us to follow up. They were very professional.

I called Earl's at noon the day before Thanksgiving, and they were able to send me a plumber within a few hours.  They were very professional and friendly.  Steve at the office called and let me know that Brian the plumber was on his way.  I was really happy that the plumber put on booties (shoe covers) without me having to request it, and even wore them the right way--taking them off every time he went outside.  The whole process took about a half hour, and went great.  I picked Earl's because they had the most positive reviews here, and Angie's list gave me a $25 off coupon, which was awesome!  I expected a big expensive hassle, so I was very pleased that Earl's took care of me so well and without breaking my bank!

Great.  Professional.  Helpful.  they were sent by the Home Warranty Company.  BUT I'd hire them even if I didn't have a home Warranty Company.

I found Travis, the plumber who changed out my old water heater, to be very professional, and thorough with everything the job required. Even the location of the old water heater in the basement was challenging, and he did an excellent job. He also went the extra mile and explained everything he was doing, and how to operate and manage the new water heater. Highly recommended.

Everything seemed to work when they left. I didn’t have any problems after they left that I can remember. The washer and dryer system hasn’t needed to be service since. I would consider calling them again for a quote if I need their services, but I have found a new service technician that I go to.

He was efficient, polite, and reasonable. He did a great job! We were very appreciative that he got out quickly to us because we have one bathroom. We have used them before. They are true to their advertising. Their prices are competitive. No problems after they left.

They did the job last minute for us. I thought they were very on top of things. They sent the bill very quickly, which I appreciated. The owner was the one who showed up to do the work. He did a great job!

It turned out really well. We are very happy with them. They were done within the day. They went above and beyond, staying until 6:30 at night to finish the work in one day. We are so happy with them that they will be the company we call if we have an emergency or would like to have additional renovations. They were very reasonable and friendly.  They were like people you have known for 10 years. They were comfortable to be around and very personable. They were super responsive as well. A+ across the board!

It turned out just fine. Whatever it was, it was taken care of in no time. They came and solved the problem. The gentleman who came was very professional. He finished in a timely manner.

Matt did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him for any type of pluming job and other construction work as well. He is someone who I personnaly ask for each and every time I have a need to use Earl's Plumbing.

The serviceman arrived promptly and was able to replace the water heater in a timely manner.  The company also does sewer hookups so I signed a service agreement which should result in a substantial discount when that work is done.

I've had to call Earl's twice now on weekends.  The first time was 3 weeks after we moved into our new house when my parents were visiting.  The toilet backed up severely and no amount of plunging would fix it.  I called Earl's in a panic and right from the start their dispatcher was extremely helpful.  I was told the service tech would call me as soon as he could.  Within 15 minutes I received a call.  I explained to the tech that this was the only bathroom in the house and that my parents were visiting from out of town for the first time.  Earl's happened to be slammed that day, but the tech assured me that he would be there as soon as possible.  That ended up being a few hours later once he finished up 3 other calls, but what was great was that the tech called me each time he finished up a job to give me an update.  When the tech arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem as the sewer line needing to be snaked.  He was very informative about the 70 year old home we had just bought and the sewer issues they typically encounter with roots growing into the line.  He spent over an hour slowly snaking the line to make sure that he got all of the roots cleared.  Once he was done he cleaned everything up the way it was before he got there.  That was over 15 months ago and we've had no problems with the line since.
The more recent visit from Earl's came a little over a week ago when we had extremely cold temperatures in Chico.  Sunday morning our pipe froze and when it finally thawed, we had one heck of a leak with water spraying all over the back yard.  I tried to shut the water off myself, but when I dug up the valve in the front yard, I couldn't turn it myself.  I called Earl's plumbing and again, dispatch told me the tech on duty would call me as soon as he could.  Matt called me within 15 minutes and told me that he was in the middle of a what could be a long call, but that I would be his next stop.  Matt informed me that on his current job he was still trying to find the second leak so it could be a couple hours.  I told him that that was fine and that the water was spraying away from the house so I wasn't too concerned if it took him some time to get there.  Within an hour Matt was knocking on my door.  I showed him the leak (more of a shower) and he was impressed.  :)  He immediately got to work and shut off the water and cut and capped the PVC line to the sprinkler. 
What really impressed me was that once the line was fixed and he turned the water back on, and I had signed the invoice and paid, Matt took the time to put the dirt back in the shut off valve box, put the lid back on, and place my shovel up next to my front door before he drove away.  He easily could have left the valve box just as he had found it, but he took the time to leave the area more clean than he had found it.  Truly appreciated.  I will definitely use Earl's any time I need plumbing work done at my house in Chico.

I called to have my tankless water heater de-scaled. They came on time and performed the work properly.

Earl's plumbing told me that I had a bad ignighter on my 1 year old Whirlpool water heater. They told me I would be better off buying a new water heater from  them because my brand was no good. Since it was a year old and under warranty they sent me a new part and installed it myself. It has been working fine ever since. In my opinion, they are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves and I try and tell as many people as I can about my experience.

We called Earl's plumbering because we had a leaky toilet, The guy showed up an hour late and when he did I showwed him the toilet and told him that I thought it was jst the wax gasket that needed replacing which means just removing 4 bolt nuts lifting off the toilet, remvong the old wax gasket and replacing it with the new one then putting the toilet back on and tighten up the 4 bolt nuts. after I showed him the toilet I took him in the garage and showed him the hot weater heater and asked him how much would it cost to cut out the current filter and put in new one and that is when the sticker shock hit, he quoted me first on the toilet at $202 plus the wax gasket and $475 on the filter for the water heater, I told him how could he charge $202 to remove 4 nuts and replace the gasket and that I could but the filter at Lowes for $86 and that all was needed to be done was cut 2 copper pipes replace the filter and soder the 2 cuts, I asked what cost was $475 for and he stated the filter and the labor. i thought both quotes were off the chart horrinle and told the guy sorry bit was not interested. I would not recommend this company.
