Description of Work: They had to snake my pipes due to backing up. About a week later and the same issue happened again and they came out and fixed it no problem...not free of charge but the water backing up was an issue due to the city's negligence of maintaining pipes

I started out needing my outdoor water "bib" replaced and ended up also having a water shut off valve installed in the garage. (my original shut off valve was at the end of my VERY LONG driveway. ) I then agreed to having a tankless water heater installed, as my hot water tank was needing replacing. Scott was very professional, and made sure it was all done properly.

Description of Work: I needed a new water heater. I had used them before and liked them so naturally I phoned them about this. They came and checked my water heater and I was told I needed a new one. It cost me more than I expected because I also got circulating hot water so I would have almost instant hot water in my bathroom on the other side of the house from the water heater. I will use them again. There was one little thing that wasn't done so I had to call them back. This second call cost me nothing.

Description of Work: Garbage disposal, fix a shower and whole house water softener. They were on the expensive side, but they did the work, showed up quickly when I needed them, and did a nice job. I'd pay the extra and use them again.

Description of Work: They came out on a Sunday,to check out a leaking water heater. It needed to be replaced, and the tech had everything with him to do it that day. There were some access issues he had to work around, so it took about 3 1/2 hours. we also had a water recirculator that had to be connected. He was quick, professional and experienced.
