+ -1 moreMy hall flooded and I couldn't find the leak. Conrad came out and did not charge a fee for the evaluation. I called other plumber and they all wanted $60-$90 just to come out. He had to cut out drywall and replace and solder the valves. Very up front and honest. I felt his price was reasonable for the time he spent here. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.
Description of Work: Conrad replaced my leaky water valves behind my washer and dryer.

+ -1 moreWhen I called in with an emergency leak they happened to have a cancellation the same day so Conrad was able to show up within about an hour. Conrad and his assistant were super professional, up front about the estimated cost/time, and did a good, quick, thorough job to resolve the issue. He even fixed an issue in the bathroom that we didn't even point out, just because he noticed something with the faucet. I would definitely hire Conrad again for our plumbing needs.
