Climate & Energy Solutions

It went great! We had two other people come out and nobody could offer what Climate and Energy Solutions could. They offered rebates which made our duct work and insulation almost free! The other companies were higher priced and did not offer the rebates that Climate and Energy Solutions did. We had it installed three months ago and have already received our $3000.00 rebate! Our PGE bills have been so much lower with the new energy saving products that we had installed.

Jason came out and gave us a bid for a new solar system. He was very professional and above all the most knowledgeable of all companies that came out. He educated us on solar so we could make an educated decision. They offer the latest technology with the micro-inverters on each panel which no other company offered to us. They were also able to install black panels which matched our roof. Out of the three contractors we had out to give us a bid they had the best product, best price and most knowledgeable. We have had solar for two months now and we love having solar!

I thought they were very efficient and really clean. They were very professional and I was satisfied with the work they provided. They even came back out when I heard a rattling sound. They were a little more expensive but I really liked them. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

It was good. They get in and out in a day and everything works great. They showed up when they were supposed to, they were done when they told me when they would be done and cost me the same that they quoted so it was pretty good. They did a nice job and they were by far the cheapest. They were there when they told me when they'll gonna be. They did a nice job.

We ended up with them only because they're the only ones that are contracted to do the duct work so that we could receive a PGA rebate. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and we felt like he was very honest too because he showed us exactly what was wrong, told us what the cost would be and at the same time, helped us to weigh whether it would be economical, like, would we regain that money or not. So he was very informative. We have an older system so at some point you don't want to throw good after bad so he helps us with that. He was very prompt and they were very clean, they put booties on their feet. They were professional, very well informed and they got right in and got the job done in the time frame they said they would. We're very happy with them.The office always followed up and scheduled things. We've already signed a contract with them.

They were accurate and did a good job. I feel like there was probably a keeper route craft ride after some more investigation. They have a service plan but I think it was expensive. I am not quite sure but I have done all of my research in that area.

We have a warranty with them. There is absolutely nothing that we disliked about them. The person who came here was personable and informative. He came here for maintenance checks and stuff and he told us a head of time what they were going to do, what would involve, what they found, what they are looking for and stuff like that. He checked everything and was up on the roof for quite a while. They were really good as far we could tell. We had no issues at all. Their price was fair.

They furnace they installed works well, the employees were professional and they knew what they were doing. The price was a little higher, but I went with them because I knew I wouldn't have any worries down the road. There was some problems with the follow up of the job, but for the most part they did very well.

They showed up on time and in a hurry. They were available when we were in heat wave and it was very hot. Our regular company we use were not available at that time. They were recommended by another company. It is hard to find a good air conditioning company. They were good. I talked to the owner and the technicians and they were good. The technician seemed to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and on time.

Although I finally went with a different provider, Climate Masters were very helpful and I thought knowlegable. The company seems eager to please and followed up in a timely manner. I would contact them again should the need arise.

Scheduled the call quickly. Called first and arrived on time! CLEAN serviceman! Explained the problem and the fix. Had the part with him. Repaired for a "fair" price. Will use again and refer to friends
