I love my ladies that clean my house.They are so awesome. I love them so much they clean my home and my business.

We have had their services for approximately 5 years and love them. The girls we have had for the past 5 years are wonderful, same two the entire time for house cleaning. They go the extra mile everytime. As far as carpet cleaning, they are phenomenal. They get everything out of your carpet and take their time to do it right. Again highly recommend for both house cleaning and carpet cleaning!!!

They did a very good job cleaning. Job was done quickly and I appreciate that. Easy to make an appointment and quick response. Still waiting for a receipt.

I have had Clean Master Services working in my home for the past 27 years. They have never missed a cleaning time and have always done a thorough job. I am so comfortable with the staff in my home that they now also clean our warehouse offices. I can heartily recommend their services.

They were picked up and delivered promptly but one had two cuts on edge about 3 inches each the other had spot that was not touched

Clean Master Service cleaned my house on June 21 of this year. It was a one time angie list cleaning, like Spring Cleaning, for which I was charged a flat fee of $350. I had a written contract covering what work would be done. I had to pay one-half in advance, with a stipulation of NO Refund! The cleaning women arrived on time, and seemed to work hard while they were here. However, they left before finishing the contracted work. Some of my floors were not washed, baseboards not cleaned, furniture not polished, formica covered tables were polished, etc. It turned out I was paying them $43 per hour per person. PLEASE do not be as stupid as I was and pay almost $20 per hour more an hour for cleaning than everyone else in the local industry charges. I must add that my house was picked up and ready to be cleaned. I have only been incapacitated for two months, so the house was NOT unduly dirty. The company estimator completely misjudged the job and time needed to complete; it was a standard contract and they did not do what they had contracted to do. My advice is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

They did not leave any mess and they were professional.

They followed directions and didn't make any messes. They were just wonderful people. The price was fair.

The only thing that bothered me was they wanted me to move the furniture before they came in away from the wall. When they were here, basically what they did was they worked around the furniture because I didn't move the furniture as I couldn't do it. I think what they wouldn't have done was not to move the furniture back after they had cleaned the areas where the furniture was.

They are very good. They are very friendly and they do a really good job. They fit us into their schedule. They are affordable. They are like family. We talk to them and they take of things. The owner calls his son who works on things. His son grew up with my nephew. We have three animals. So we don't like that smell.

Terrible, bad attidude. Ended up having to hire another company to redo both decks. Also had same company clean deck on 4/22/11 did a good job.

Very good. Very professional and thorough. Fair pricing and excellent service. We just moved to Chico -and have had other cleaners at our previous residences for the last 20 years. They are among the best out there.

I started using them the beginning of this year and they are excellent.

I called at about midnight on Sunday the 30th to get a cleaning and I was pretty desperate cuse my walk through was supposed to be on the 1st at 12pm. I left a message with their service and got a call at 9am the next day. They sent someone out within the hour to give me an estimate and the maids were there around 1pm to start the cleaning. I know it was short notice and they were the only company that I called who didn't want to charge me extra for that. The estimator was super understanding and so was the girl at the office that I called, taking care of me and calling even after the cleaning to make sure it was ok. The estimator was willing to guarantee my deposit back, which is something I was worried about as land lords/managers in Chico like to screw around with deposits, especially with students. They did the cleaning and I thought it was perfect, but when I did the walk through the next day with my manager she pointed out a couple of things that had been missed. I called the company and they sent the girls back later that afternoon and took care of what was missed. It took all of 15 min to fix it (but I figured since I paid for the cleaning they could do it) and they didn't even question me, just sent the girls back. I did get my deposit back. I did think they were expensive at first but they did guarantee my deposit back so I thought it was worth it.
