+ -1 moreWe had a problem with our swimming pool. Dirt was not being picked up by the sweep. CYand P advised us that we needed a new filter. This was incorrect. We needed a new pool sweep, which we purchased and installed and which solved our problem. CYand P was very friendly, professional, and punctual. They also did the evaluation for no cost to us. I would consider calling them in the future. However they were incorrect on this particular diagnosis.
Description of Work: Came out to evaluate why dirt was not being removed from our swimming pool.

One day I found the sides of the pool covered with black slime, so I called Joe who came right out, told me we had black algae, and fixed it right away. The company sends a crew once a week to mow the grass and clean the pool, for $50/week. They are thorough and professional.
