CHICO SEPTIC SVC

Chico Septic was hired to do a plot map of my septic system for me and ended up saving me lots of money. Prior to putting a pool in our back yard, we needed a plot map in order to know how and where to avoid our septic tank and leach field. I had been working with another company (unnamed) but kept being put off as my job was smaller. I finally got fed up and called Chico Septic at the suggestion of a friend whom had already had a good experience with the company. I called explaining the dilemma I was in as the excavator wanted to start but needed the plot map in order to start. Chico Septic told me they could either do it the same day or on the Monday following. I jumped at the same day offer and they were out working within an hour. So the company's responsiveness was impressive to me. They did their job and actually worked with the diggers coordinating the excavation location. After collecting the needed information for the plot map they determined that my tank was desperately in need of being drained (or whatever verb it is they do!) Turns out had we gone on much longer in the current path our leach field would have been ruined. They drained the tank and covered up the holes they'd made allowing for the excavators to do their work. We're now enjoying our pool and in part, thank Chico Septic for their contribution.
