My initial call was promptly and politely handled. Stephen called 20 minutes ahead of my appointment to inform me that he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Upon completion, he explained the operation of my thermostat and the importance of changing my air filters (I am a widow and new at this sort of thing). He also offered to replace my very dirty filter with a clean one that was left in the house when I moved in. Thank you!

Bob's Air Repair came out same day on the hottest day of the year. System had completely died and they had a replacement installed in only two days loaning us an indoor portable unit so we did not die from the heat. Recommend this company so very highly for their incredible installers, quick service and great and fair pricing.TEN STAR RATING !

I called because I had diagnosed that one or both pressure switches on my furnace were out. I only called because I couldn't get the part because local HVAC businesses wouldn't sell to me because I wasn't an HVAC contractor. Getting it on Amazon would take 4-6 days so I thought I would call a local service company because they could work with local suppliers, or at least try. Bob's Air Repair came quickly, and confirmed what I told them was the problem (charged $89 to read the same code I did on the unit). They then said it would take 2-4 days to get the part, this was Wed morning. They called me back on Monday morning saying they had the part. They installed that afternoon in about 15-30 minutes. Let me be clear, the part is held on by one screw and one hose and takes about 30 seconds to remove, literally. I removed both parts before I called them. They charged me $380 for the part and labor (and remember it was already $89 to diagnose). They charged me $25 shipping and would not provide me their hourly rate. The part on Amazon is between $25 and $50 so they charged me at least $230 for about 15 minutes of work, if that. I get they need to charge for time and 1-hour minimum seems reasonable, but this is ridiculous, roughly $470 to diagnose (which is simply reading a code) and replace for a combined 30 minutes of work. Unbelievable. If you have other options go somewhere else.

My heater required a part to get it to operate. They were able to get the part quickly and my heater back to working. I have used this company for all of my heating and air needs for 18 years. They are the best in all categories.

100degress out my adult disabled sons system stopped working and it's to hot out for him. I called bobs explained our concerns that day they came out , the system was 34yrs old we ordered a new one ,bobs staff brought a temporary cooler over help my son a great deal .the following Wednesday bobs staff was putting in new system very professional and caring couldn't have done a better job thank you.

Very good customer service. I was kept informed during the process and the cheapest part was replaced first to see if we could keep the cost down. The tech provided an extra service by cleaning up some mildew that had started in the heating unit area.

Extremely well. Jon came out the same day (within 30 minutes after we called) and checked the furnace and all related equipment. He listened carefully to our description of the problem, and then explained in detail every step of his inspection as he went along. He found a problem and immediately replaced the part. He is honest and straightforward, and answered our many many questions about how to keep our bills down. He took his time and did not rush. Now the house is heating properly for the first time since we moved in. A knowledgeable and personable repairman. Our landlord paid this bill, so I can't comment on whether or not it is expensive or not..

Very friendly and professional technicians, Jon determined we needed a new mother board which he had to order from the company, and, amazingly it came the next day. Jon came out and installed it but it did not do the trick, the whole 20 year old unit needed replacing. since we would be gone for the next 3 days and had someone house sitting in 102 degree weather, Jon brought a portable unit out and set it up the next day. One Monday, when we were home, Jon and Donny came out and worked 11 hour to install our new system which appears to work fine. A huge plus to this new system is that it is and Amana with a 99 year warranty plus a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. I would recommend this company to family and friends. They are caring and prompt and friendly, as well very competent technicians. Willing to answer all of my questions and concerns in a kind and understandable manor.

Repairman arrived at the time promised and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. Excellent value for service including labor and parts.

Everyone at Bob's Air Repair was wonderful. They were fast, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get my air conditioning working again. Checking it out cost $59 which was prearranged. The technician added another $95 because it took him longer than expected. We refused to pay and he wrote off the $95. To fix the problem would require extensive work which he bid out to us at $1,785.92. He recommended, since the unit was so old, we purchase a new one for $4,300. After he left, we contacted another air conditioning firm which came out, examined our unit and said it simply needed a new capacitor costing $15 and they could install it in one hour. We agreed. I am writing this about 4 months later and can report the air conditioning unit with the $15 plus an hour of labor fix has and continues to run beautifully.

Went well. Job done by crew of three. Job was completed in a timely manner and crew was respectful and cleaned up upon job completion. Supervisor very helpful and conscientious about obtaining financing for me.

The job went great with a few snags , I think that happens on every job..These guys took care of Business.. They are the Best. I called Bob's Air Repair for a 2nd opinion on my really old furnace that was leaking gas. The original company that gave it a tune up had discovered the leak and quoted a repair in the $700 range. Bob's Air Repair was able to come out the next day and Jon was my technician. He didn't find a gas leak so he went ahead and gave me a tune up which was a more thorough job than the one by the original company. He needed a part which was on his truck so no delay in finishing the job. Jon also explained what he was doing as he was going along which was really interesting. Both Jon and Rita were really friendly and courteous. I will call them again when I need service. Thanks Jon!
