Description of Work: Have had Larry do several jobs for me over the past year and always does a super job and I am always very satisfied. In June 2017 he washed windows. Windows sparkled and the screens looked like new after cleaning. Larry is always on time and works efficiently. Will definitely call hm again.

Description of Work: Washed all outside windows and window sills. Did great job.

Description of Work: 36 windows, doors & skylights (83 panes of glass). 2600 sq. ft, two-story house. On two windows (four panes), he removed vinyl film, cleaned windows, replaced film. On 6 windows (13 panes), he removed inside storm windows, cleaned the storm windows, and replaced SW. Cleaned all the screens, and all window tracks. Cleaned 4 skylights, 2 sliding doors, & 2 glass doors. 8 windows (20 panes) are upstairs. Larry spent two full days cleaning the windows, he did all the work himself. I will use Larry again.

Description of Work: Larry was prompt, courteous and considerate at all times. When I booked the appointment over a week earlier he recalled that I run a daycare. The appointment time was during rest time and called me when he arrived so he would not disturb napping children. He cleaned out years of "gutter clutter" (mostly composting vegetation/"sludge")and left the area as clean as he found it. He used those slip on shoe covers when entering my house so he would not track in any unwanted debris. He was clear about the service and explained everything to my understanding. I asked for an estimate for window cleaning and that price was excellent as well considering the amount of work and time needed. All in all, Larry was the astute professional at all times and was extremely sensitive to my unique needs and respectful to my home. Thank you Larry, I will see you soon... through a cleaner window at least. :-)
