Work was incomplete. Provider failed to respond to complaint sent in writing. Second letter was acknowledged. Provider did not accept responsibility for damage .created, Finally agreed to do minimal clean up.

Attempted to conact for approximately a week leaving messages and was never contacted. Finally on Monday 6/2/14 someone finally answered the phone and took all the info to come out and do an estimate. I asked the individual when he thought they would be out and was told he couldn't tell me as they were very busy and would PROBABLY be in next couple of days .As of this writing nobody from Baird Roofing has appeared to do an estimate.

My experience with Baird Roofing was excellent from start to finish. They did everything they promised to do, they did it when they promised to do it, and they did it for a very fair price. Curt was very good at communicating with me through e-mails and telephone calls. We were very happy with their service and paid them as quickly as we could. We didn't want them to wait any length of time for their money. We went into their place of business to pay them and to meet some of the employees- Curt, Mike, Phil, and Wes. We highly recommend Baird Roofing for any roofing needs you may have.

The service was amazing. I called at 4:30 in the afternoon, in the middle of the rainy season, and someone came over an hour later to diagnose. They were back at 7:30 the following morning, and fixed it right up. The second two fixes were $85 and $90, which I think is really reasonable. Great experience, friendly roofers, no hassle.

No problems at all

After approximatel 2 weeks and several calls to Baird Roofing to get a update on revised estimate and timeframe, and no real commitment to follow thru with contract, I decided to call it quits since there was no interest to follow through with their low estimate for services. Never was able to talk to owner, "he's in a conference", "so many jobs he'll have to research yours and call back". I had several roofing contractors out to bid on the job, they all climbed onto the roof to inspect the job as did Baird. They all seemed to be aware of the work required. It would appear that when the actual work was to start that the bid was too low and they stalled for as long as possible so I would dismiss them from the job, that's my opinion.

Spoke to a person on first contact, they arrived for estimate at the time they said they were coming and returned to do the repair as scheduled. Repair was completed in the time they said it would take and totally cleaned up after the job was completed.

I called another roofing company, and received no return call. It was raining heavily, and I needed someone to come out and look at the roof before there was any internal house damage. Baird took the call, and sent someone out within a couple of days. Their schedule was jammed because of the weather, but the person who came out, actually took care of the problem while he was on the roof. Success. No more leaks. Now we are having the full repair completed within a couple of weeks. Excellent service. Reasonable price. Quality work.

They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The price was competitive and I got my money's worth. The only thing they did slow was they billed us slow because they wanted their cash flow spread out. We're going to have them do our garage. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

. They came and gave us an estimate and we had a couple of other estimates. We found that his estimate was reasonable. He was the only one who was willing to go up on to the roof and check it out. It was some minor repair. We are hoping he has done a good job. Only with the rains we would know. I would recommend him. I would use him in the future if needed.
