Great. They found my tank quickly and were able to pump it out within 45 minutes. They had to take out a couple fence boards to get to the tank, but put them back there they were. Guys were pleasant and informative as this is the first time I have had a septic tank cleaned out.

The girl on the phone has a completely different perspective then the people doing the work. She discussed how they would work with you in case of issues rather than pushing the install to city sewer sales pitch. She responded to questions about the process with promises that were not kept by the workers performing the work. When the workers got there to do the promised work they refused and did a poor job with a poor attitude to my tenants. When the tank failed instead of offering solutions as she promised, they pushed the hooking to city sewer and then submitted the failed status to the county. They pushed their hook up service but never followed up to submit a bid and solution as promised. There are better companies that i have worked with in Chico.

Professional, courteous, and seemed to know their stuff. They could have told me that I needed to pump the septic, and I wouldn't have known otherwise. Instead, they measured the levels, and told me we didn't need to pump the septic. That honesty saved me a lot of money, and I will definitely call them again next time I need this service.

Great. From the time I called for service everyone was courteous, professional and helpful. They fit my work into their already busy schedule when I told them what my problem was. They did not charge for inspection of my septic. The two men who came to do the work were friendly and answered all of my questions. They worked quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend Domenic's to anyone who needs, or thinks they need septic repairs.

The job went very well. Robert and his crew seemed to work well together and enjoy what they are doing. The equipment used for the job was appropriate, a backhoe for the deep excavation to the sewer and a smaller track mounted excavator to dig the trench to the house. Excavation in the winter can be pretty messy because the ground is so soft, but Domenic's minimized the mess. We were without a sewer connection for a couple of hours while the plumbing under the house was rerouted. We weren't satisfied with one aspect of the plumbing subcontractor's work, but Robert, at Domenic's got it corrected.
