+ -1 moreAffordable Plumbing finally, after multiple tries, fixed our water heater. I have used him for years. He is very thorough. He refused to let us buy a new water heater. I got really frustrated because this one wasn't working - or wasn't reliable. He said "You can't undergo this expense, it is fixable." And he just kept working on it until we finally got it. He didn't charge me for parts that turned out to be defective, he did a lot of research in to what was going on. The heater is no longer being made, the manufacturer has gone out of business... and he was just like a terrier, he kept going after it. It is easy to get hold of him: you leave a message either with his answering service or voicemail, and he gets back to you within a day. You describe the problem, and he was able to get to us within one to three days for these visits.
