Accurate Plumbing

The Accurate team replaced all interior plumbing on our 1938 house. Horacio, the lead plmber, worked efficintly around our needs and schedule. The work was completed in the time estimated and is just fabulous. The quote was thorough, the workers were prompt and kept all areas as clean as possible, and their explanations of what was scheduled each day very informative. Accurate is a splendid outfit.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Accurate, which included several phone conversations and research to find the best replacement on demand water heater for my situation. Steve was extremely thorough about answering all my questions and the installation itself went smoothly, quickly, and even under budget. I love my new water heater and also the confidence of having this relationship with Accurate Plumbing.

These guys are awesome. Having men all over your home, working for two days can be a challenge, but these guys were punctual, professional and personable and made enduring the project pretty fun! ;) I would highly recommend Accurate Plumbing for your job!

I asked them to come check out what I thought was a leak from my house in the backyard. They came out for a visit on the same day. They told me it was actually normal, gave me some advice and went on their way. Very professional. Did not charge me anything.

Job was completed successfully. These guys are great. I have used them to install fixtures, fix leaks, and unplug clogged septic drains. Very capable.

Great. They responded quickly to my original call. Got a free estimate. Were able to do the work in a timely manner. Showed up on time. Answered all my questions. The plumber and his assistant were both knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The original in-ground PVC pipe (which no longer meets new codes) broke. Fixing that significantly increased the time spent on my job. When I asked about paying for their additional time, I was told that they do not charge more when this type of situation happens. They stick with the amount given as a bid for the job. Additionally, they did some minor repair on a toilet for free. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service that Accurate Plumbing provided.

He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up any messes he made and left the work area in perfect condition.

Work turned out great, but it was more expensive than I anticipated. I thought it would be an hourly charge, but they have a price list for each item of work.

They first came out and gave me a free estimate of the work I wanted done. The plumber was very thorough and ask a lot of questions to determine what would be the best solution for my needs. After the estimate was excepted the plumbers returned to do the job, they were on time and worked throughout the day trenching a 60 ft ditch for the gas line, crawled under the house to complete the installation of the gas line into my kitchen. They worked swiftly and did a great job cleaning up all the work areas. I would definitely use Accurate Plumbing again.

Great to have it done, had been trying to secure the toilet to the faulty flange for months.

Accurate plumber came-out late on a friday. Repair was large enough that they were going to have to come-back. Plumber was very thoughtful, and he got our water back-on with a temporary fix so our family would not be without water until a proper fix could be undertaken. He could have easily just left us without but instead took the time to help us out. Highly recommended!!

Had a scheduled apt for 9am. They called at about 10 'til and said they were on the way. Right on time. Very polite, introduced himself as Steve, and his coworker Dillon, both seem like stand up guys right off the bat. I showed them where the leak was, which was obvious by the giant mud hole that developed. They proceeded to dig and dig until they located and cleared the area around the leak. Then it was onto fixing the section of pipe, that had burst from pressure of rocks being pushed against it by the giant root ball of the redwood tree nearby. Very explanatory and efficient at the same time. Got the job done in about 3 1/2 hours, leak fixed, main shut off valve replaced, and did a bang up job filling in the area and cleaning up. Plumbing repairs are never cheap, but the cost was fair and reasonable. I'd certainly give Steve a call again if the need arises.

They concluded the sound was pipe expansion/contraction and they didn't need to cut through the drywall to repair anything.

Job well done. They gave me a $35 discount because they advertised a coupon on their listing.

Our old water heater's pilot would not stay lite. After checking our old water heater, Gilbert gave me a couple of options 1. Replace regulator or 2. a new unit. He called several suppliers to check out the price of a regulator while I was listening. No one had one for the model/make of the old unit. No charge for the house call! After I returned from a trip, I called and asked for him to install a new unit. I called around 11:00am . By 2:00pm I had a new water heater installed. Even got a $35 discount. I had another plumber out at least three times and he was unable to solve my problem. The new heater works great.
