+ -1 moreFirst of all, Tom (owner) was the only one of three different sprinkler firms that returned my call requesting service. That was/is a very big Plus! He then made an appointment and showed up when he said he would. We determined that two of the five valves needed to be replaced. Since the system is so old, parts that seal/fit were no longer available. Tom had to put complete new valves into the sprinkler line which required digging in the California Park rocky dirt. The work was done when scheduled, and Tom was very easy to work with. Those sprinkler lines have worked great ever since. I would definitely use A-1 Guarantee Sprinkler again and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced 25 year old sprinkler valves that were not working.

Description of Work: My 30 year old sprinkler system on 1/3 acre lot needed refurbishing. Several valves weren't working, pipes broken, rain birds not functioning. Tom gave me an estimate, was back in less than a week to complete the repairs. Replaced everything, including the controller, over a period of 2-3 days. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. I will definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreTom performed a similar repair for my neighbor and she sung his praises, so I gave him a try, too. He was quick to call me back and despite a very busy schedule, was able to get to my job fairly quickly. He took the time to test all the sprinklers in our front and back yards and was able to diagnose why my lawn was dying in certain areas despite a good watering schedule. He took time and listened to me -- unlike lots of repair guys who think they know the problem before you've opened your mouth.
Description of Work: Difficult repairs on 2 broken sprinkler lines -- lots of excavation around tree roots -- and re-doing 8 sprinkler heads on entire front lawn to improve the water distribution in a small area (save water and green up the lawn).
