+ -1 moreBob Johnson and his crew are always my first choice for my tree maintenance as ther crew and lead-man, Freddie are all simply wonderful to work with. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and very conscious of the neighbors regarding early morning noise. This company is one of the very few I know of that I can say I trust completely. The work is always excellent, the cleanup as well.
Description of Work: Shaped, pruned and installed heavy duty guide wiring to ensure large tree limbs will not split off and damage property. Clean, and trim back extensive shrubbery in yards.

Description of Work: Our 80 year old Live Oak split in half. The fallen half was lying precariously on the retaining wall. Bob came out quickly and gave me an estimate, also a reference to a certified arborist to sign off on the job since Live Oaks are a protected species in California. Bob's crew of five came out, cut and removed a massive amount of live tree trunk, limbs and branches and carried it all up a narrow stairway to their grinder. They then had a metal brace manufactured to support the remaining half of the tree. The terrace was broom clean when they left. They also laced an olive and an Australian tea tree with the same care.

+ -1 moreBob has trained his crew well. They always show up on time and always do an outstanding job of thinning and shaping our trees. We have tried other lower cost tree services but find The Tree Sculptor the best value for our investment and the most trustworthy.
Description of Work: Bob's crew thins two seventy-foot silk oaks and six specimen bottle brush trees for us every year. He is an arborist. We trust his crew not to chop the tops off our trees.
