David helped so much explaining how everything works with my central heating and air. we decided to purchase a UV Light to kill bacteria in the air due to my sons allergies. i am very happy with the installation and company. highly recommend!

Jay came and crawled under my house which is very tight in space, he found a few small things that needed my attention, showed up on time, called before to let me know he is on the way, he explained to me what can be done and what doesn't need immediate attention, service went very well and very professionally. i highly recommend this co. the right choice heating and air as they are very good!

We have a good experience with them. They came out and gave us a good estimate. They came out about a week later. They came out as many times as necessary to make sure that everything was done right. They did a good job all around. Everything was fine. They didn't measure the pipes that we have installed correctly. They were definitely willing to go above and beyond. They were the cheapest.

He was very professional and and explain the type of filter I need to get.

Ok. I needed to replace my furnace. I went with another company who had a better price

Fine. Jay was thorough and professional.

He said I was at risk of fire or carbon dioxide asphyxiation and he recommended I buy new furnace for $3,200. I told him that every time I buy an Angie's List deal someone tries to up-sell me. He claimed he wasn't up-selling me; up-selling would be if he tried to sell me an air-conditioning unit to add to the furnace. He just wanted me to be safe. He also said that if he performed the inspection and found a safety hazard, he would be required to disconnect the furnace so it could not be used. It's the middle of winter and I don't have $3200, so I sent him away without doing the inspection. I don't use the heater much, but I don't want to freeze if the weather does turn cold. He may have been genuine, but he used scare tactics to urge me to buy his product. I've been using the furnace for 26 years without incident and I wasn't buying his fear. This is the last Angie's List special I will ever buy.

He recommended that I buy a new AC unit and keep the heating unit. He could make the old heating unit work with the newer AC that did not use Freon. I did not purchase at the time. He gave me a figure for the new AC if I wanted it - $5000.

The Right Choice Heating & Air did not do the tune up. I was told I need insulation in the attic, to replace the air ducts and that I have asbestos. Because there was asbestos he could not do the tune-up. I called The Right Choice Heating & Air to tell them the tune up was not done, they are supposed to return to complete the work not that I am rid of the asbestos.

David was super helpful & thorough. He had the problem fixed quickly and explained any issues.

Other company was not trying to over sell and push to sign a contract ,went WELL!!!!!!!!!!! My feeling was that Jay from right choice was not a service repair technician but a salesman on commission trying every tactic to get the sale .I feel the price I paid Angie's list was my loss and life experience about service providers ,even through Angie's List

This company wasn't too good. It was a bad experience. They did everything like visual, they didn't even check my A/C and the freon and all that. They just said oh no, we don't do that we don't do that. It's like why in the heck did I purchase the service for then. They wanted to to get more money out of me, and I told them no I don't want your services. Just do what you have to do and you can go.

It was fast and painless! The technician was very nice and patient with my husband and I. So happy with my new system and how quiet it is.

I called in around 3pm for some help because my ac started blowing warm air and I needed someone to come out and take a look at it as soon as possible. At first contact they had told me they were super busy but they could get a technician out to me the same day since I was close and it was a super hot day. After the diagnostic test, they told me I was low on freon and it would be $190 but they reimbursed me the $75 for choosing them to repair my unit.

Wonderful. It was very fast, affordable and hassle-free. Avi was here for a little over an hour, and when he left, our home was pleasantly warm and toasty.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone the experience was a stress relief. Now I know who to go to for a really good price.

Jay was amazing! He was able to complete both services for much cheaper than other local companies. Not only that, he was also patient, professional and very thorough. Our A/C is now running better than before and cools our entire home very fast.

Instead of a repairman they sent a salesman named Jay. First call from the salesman was to change our appointment from first in the morning until last of the day to accommodate his schedule better -- you do understand I have no air conditioning, right? On the roof he used no refrigerant pressure gauges or voltmeters -- just a screwdriver to remove a panel. Running his finger on the outside and inside he declared there was an oily substance and that I did not have a leak -- I had a cracked condenser unit! Now, given that you can not see the condenser unit, and everything visible had no cracks, you would be suspicious as I was on the roof with him looking too. He said I needed to replace the entire unit with a crane for $4200. I thanked the salesman for his time, called Pros 360, who sent an actual repairman, and they fixed the refrigerant leak for $600.
