Overall the service was great. Great people that are knowledgeable about what they are doing. Respectable to my home i would recommend my family members to get these services. Trc was my right choice!

Everything went fantastic. The Right Choice not only helped my family and I avoid another hot summer with no a/c but they gave me the best price and amazing service on top of that. I will definitely be using them for any of my future heating and air problems.

I called a couple different companies and the prices were not so pleasing. After i called the right choice they came out gave me a quote( by the way it was a broken system) and i had the service done. Overall great customer service when the technition came he answered all my questions and concearns i had well trained in his profession, overall great service i recommend them to anyone.

Install went good. weeks after install Tomer the owner called stating i still owed them $290.00 . I told him everything was to be put on HERO. He said They imputed the wrong dollar amount to HERO . About this time i stopped by the house and discovered that the $350.00 upgraded NEST thermostat that i paid for was not there, on the wall was a cheep $25.00 unit instead .Yet i was charged $350.00. Very unprofessional.

I told them that the back bedroom often fluctuates in temperature quite a bit compared to the thermostat. They checked then checked the temperature of my attic, and it was 120°!! 120 is hotter than the average attic. So they suggested an attic fan at only the cost of the fan - no extra charge for the labor of installing it. I'm really happy with their service. My house doesn't fluctuate in temperature due to the attic fan, I save money on my electric bill, and their service was excellent! I'd welcome those technicians in my house any day. They were professional, helpful, co considerate, and knowledgeable.

We called The Right Choice because our AC stopped blowing out cool air. I called at 6pm and they told me that a technician would arrive within two hours. I was floored when they actually arrived on time. The technicians were very professional, clean and courteous. They quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem and suggested the repairs. The price was reasonable and they work was done swiftly and professionally. They were very nice and the whole experience was bar none. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for AC repair and would definitely call them again whenever I need HVAC repairs.

I am the type of person who loves my a/c running all year round. I love the house to be nice and cool at all times. Recently i noticed that my house was not getting as cool as it used to, i could definitely tell the difference with the hot weather Southern California has been having. So around 6 pm in the evening i went on my phone and quickly searched "local heating & air conditioning in Los Angeles" One of the selections that popped up was The Right Choice Heating & Air. I called them thinking ill leave a voicemail and someone will call me back in the morning during business hours. I called, and a gentleman by the name of David picked up the phone. I explained to him the situation, he told me to give him about 5 minutes and he would give me a call back. A few minutes later i got a call back from David explaining he had a service technician on his way home from another job, but he could stop by to check out my system. Within 45 minutes Michael came over to my home and inspected my system. He found that some part, i cant remember the name, in my A/C system was burned out and needed to be replaced. He had the proper parts and tools on his truck and quickly repaired my system, and got it up and running to my liking, for only $250.00. Fast service, friendly staff, and great prices..cant go wrong with that! Thanks guys!

I got a call from the right choice one afternoon and they offered me a service to clean out and check my A/C unit and clean out my air ducts for $55. I agreed, with the appointment considering the fact that i noticed my unit hasnt really been cooling my house as well as it used to, and i realized it had been a few years since anyone has even taken a look at it. So i made the appointment for the next day. The technician that came over was very neat and clean and ready to work with a smile on his face. He came into my home and went straight to the unit. He saw that the unit was just a little dirty and noticed that i was low on freon. He quickly came by cleaned my unit and removed all the old dust and added some freon. He told me my unit is still okay for the next few years. Ill definitely be calling The Right Choice in a few years when i am looking to replace my unit. Presentation and attitude goes a long way and these guys have it together in all those aspects. THANK YOU!!

I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. A BAD SMELL WAS COMING OUT OF IT, AND I NEEDED THE SYSTEM SERVICED IMMEDIATELY. OVER THE PASSED 4 YEARS I WAS NEGLIGENT TO HAVE THIS DONE, DUE TO MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER COMPANY'S. I CAME ACROSS AN ADD OF A COMPANY CALLED THE RIGHT CHOICE HEATING AND AIR. SO I CALLED UPON THEM AND TOLD THEM ABOUT MY PROBLEM ,THEY INFORMED ME ABOUT THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDED AND WE SET A CONVENIENT APPOINTMENT FOR ONE OF THEIR TECHNICIANS TO COME ON OUT THAT SAME DAY. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL.HE TOLD ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE DID A DEEP CLEANING TO MY SYSTEM FOR $400.THIS SOLVED MY PROBLEM. I THINK THAT HE DID A GREAT JOB MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE . I WOULD RECOMMEND THE RIGHT CHOICE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THE COMPANY CALLED ABOUT 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY OVER TO MY PLACE, THEN THEY USED A HEPA MACHINE AND CLEANED THE AIR VENTS. THEY CHANGED OUT THE FILTERS AND CHECKED MY FREON LEVEL AND DID THE TUNE UP OF MY A/C UNIT AND FURNACE. THEY CLEANED UP, LEFT ME THERE BUSINESS CARD AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.

I purchased an A/C inspection from them and I am not happy with their behavior when it came to performing the inspection points. They were supposed to do a 25 point inspection but they did not complete it. I asked them for a copy of the checklist showing what they completed and they refused to provide one. They did tell me what repairs would be necessary but would not document those either. I paid them to replace the condenser like they recommended, but after the received their payment of $3,100 they suddenly told me that really the only way my unit would work best was to replace the coils as well for an additional $1,800. After they replaced the condenser, the house still wasn't getting cool enough, and that's when the tech told me that it was because of the coils. I was really unhappy about this and the tech told me that since I really should have been told prior to his appointment that I needed coils as well, he would recommend they drop the price to $1,200 and documented it on the contract copy. I then spoke to the manager of the company about all the issues, from the lack of documentation of my inspection to the lack of proper paperwork showing the cost of all items required to maintenance the unit. He said he wasn't able to do that but he would drop the price on the coils to $1,200. I have researched and found that this should really only be roughly a $800 repair, so I feel he's still gouging me, although they did provide me a written estimate for that price drop. I think the main problems with this company is with the way they handle their documentation for their work and their costs. They'll tell you one thing verbally and then after you agree to it and pay them, they suddenly add new things on that should have been made clear up front before you let them start making repairs. As far as their technicians go, they were all very nice and seemed to know exactly what they were doing, it's the other aspects that left a lot to be desired with this company. I have requested that they refund me for my Big Deal inspection since they were unable to comply with my request for documentation of it's total completion. I need that refunded so that I can hire someone else to re-inspect the unit and tell me what absolutely needs to be repaired to make sure it's efficient and get it in writing. They also didn't provide me with the paperwork for the warranty on the unit or any sort of operating manual.

I saw the name of The Right Choice Heating and Air on their Service Van when I am driving freeway 405. I called them and Andrew answered all of my questions. I set an appointment and the techs were amazing. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful since I am a single mother.. There was no cold air coming out and explain to me that it needs R22 which is FREON, so all was fixed and the price is really a good deal . Now I have cold air and I am very happy. I would recommend the Right Choice to my friends. Use them, they are great.

I called Andrew at The Right Choice. He was very helpful in telling me about the service they provided for my air conditioner. He set up an appointment that fit my schedule. I never had my air ducts cleaned and I was glad I did. The service technican was very courteous and anwswed all my questions. The price was very reasonable for the service I received. I would definity tell my friends and family about The Right Choice. They are a great company.

Excellent sales presentation. Professional sales materials Started and finished work the next day We haven't used the A/C yet since the weather has been cool, but it worked fine on the day of installation. They hauled away all old materials as agreed.

Great! With the weather in southern california being so weird these past few days (winter in may) i had to turn on my furnace. On Monday, when i went to turn my furnace on it just wouldnt kick up. So i called a local company here in simi valley and was scheduled for a free est. when the technician came over, he took a look at my unit and explained to me that my control board is burned and i need to replace it for $420.00. As, of right now that was an expense i just couldnt pick up at the moment so i decided to look for a second opinion and found The Right Choice Heating & Air Inc. They sent Steve over the very next day. He came with a sweet smile on his face, went straight to the furnace and started to look for the problem. Steve found that the control board was not burned but instead one of the sensors on the furnace was dirty and needed to be sanded. He quickly sanded the sensor and got my furnace up and running for just $45. I definitely made the right decision on looking for a second opinion. im happy i made THE RIGHT CHOICE!

The technician was very professional he knew what was the problem right away. He fix the problem and he charge me only the diagnostic fee 65$ Finally a very honest company that don't over charge people.

It went very well. I will definitely be calling soon to replace my system as it is very old and not very energy efficient. Until then I recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.

The customer service was excellent. It was one of those days that suddenly got really hot and of course my AC wasn't working. I called the company and they had someone to my home the same day which was such a relief! They didn't try to sell me and just fixed the part that needed to be replaced. I would recommend this company 100%!

Crew was on time, courteous and professional.

It took him about a half hour to diagnose it and 15 minutes to fix. He honored the diagnostic fee but wanted $200 for the 15 min. of work, including a $30 part. He did call the his office and got it reduced to $160. We felt that their fees were too high.

They never contacted me after I purchased my diagnostic call for my furnace so I had to call them. They scheduled an appointment for that day. The technician arrived but was unable to fix it and try to convince me I needed a new furnace. I knew I did not so I sent him away. They later called and offered to send another technician that day. He arrived and was able to fix the furnace but in the process he manhandled my thermostat (which was only a few years old) and ultimately broke it (it stopped working one day after he left.) Now my furnace doesn't work because the thermostat doesn't work. I'm right back where I started. I had to contact another company to install a new thermostat. I was very disappointed that they didn't contact me timely, sent an unqualified technician, then sent a technician that damaged my thermostat, and tried to talk me into purchasing a furnace which I didn't need. I would not use them again.

So far, so good. I ran the unit all summer from early July until present day (early November). Boy, this Summer REFUSES to go away!! The installation looked very professional and I hope the quality of the product holds up for many years to come. I've researched more on the Trane / American Standard product line merger. For the most part, I'm not that concerned about an American Standard outdoor unit. The only difference between the Trane unit I used to have is the compressor style - my new unit uses a scroll compressor vs. the old reciprocator style. Things I've noticed since the installation: 1. Scroll compressors are much quieter than the reciprocator. When the unit starts up, you only hear the "click" and initial fan startup. Good news, seeing how the unit is right outside of my bedroom window. 2. The new unit is a 13 SEER single stage vs. my old 15 SEER two stage. I think part of the problem with the old unit is it started and stopped so many times, that we had to keep the house at 73 degrees (F) during the summer months to keep it comfortable because it wasn't running long enough to take the humidity out of the air. With the new 13SEER single stage, It runs consistent and steady, and the house temperature is set at 76 degrees (F), and more comfortable than the 73 degrees setting. Remember, these units are also de-humidifiers. The electricity price difference for the lower SEER is about $25 per month more than before. 3. Root cause of the original A/C system - I think that a bad installation from 7 years ago is the biggest contributor to the problem - MY FAULT for choosing that installation crew. The other is the fact that the old unit started and stopped about 35 - 40 times a day during the summer because I thought an oversized unit would be better. All of that starting and stopping I think wore out the starter and compressor as well. My new 13 SEER unit starts and stops about 6 - 7 times during the hot days. A steadily running unit doesn't wear out with one that cycles too much. 4. Make sure you have insulation in your house - attic and crawl space (unless you have a concrete slab, of course). My house is 1850 square feet and a 3-ton unit kept my home cool all summer, no hot spots in the house. Very comfortable.
