+ -1 moreTHE CONTRACTOR OF THE ANGELS. Mike Flavin came to give me an estimate for remodeling my house. I was trying to figure out whether to sell my house as-is or remodel it and sell it for a higher price. After examining the house and discussing it with him at length, he recommended selling it as-is. He could have made a lot of money by remodeling it. This recommendation cost him a lot of money and I think it shows a great deal of integrity on his part. He was quite knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I asked for an estimate for remodeling my house. He recommended selling it as-is.

+ 5 moreWork was completed as scheduled. Lots of little problems were addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Mike's crew did a very professional job. Honest, professional and a good value. I highly recommend their work.

I was always able to reach my contact for any questions. They were very credible and very honest. Their crew is very top-notch. They were top-draw in everything.
Description of Work: Styl'n Construction Inc of Chatsworth worked as a general contractor on a small remodeling and repair job. It was remodeling and repair due to water damage. They did drywall work, carpentry and some plumbing.
