Do not work with Andrew Soto and Soto Tile and Marble. Terrible contractor. Paid him and he stopped showing up halfway through the job. Did not complete the job. No refund of the money I gave him. Left trash and dumpster on my property. When he did show up, all he did was bother the other contractors on the job site. The other contractors on the job site celebrated when he stopped showing up.

Perfect. In today's world finding workers that do what they say, don't cut corners and at the same time being licensed and bonded is rare. Basically if you have a tile, ceramic or marble job regardless of the size, you'd be crazy not to hire this guy.
Description of Work: Andrew has done a number of jobs for us. He was referred to us by the company from which we bought our new carpet and laminate flooring We brought him in to do the floor tiles for the kitchen, laundry area, and two of our three bathrooms. The professionalism of Andrew is very obvious as well as his artistic ability. During the demolition part of the laundry area he discovered poor flooring support and just went ahead and fixed it as part of the job. We were so happy and impressed by his honesty and work quality we brought him back in to rebuild the shower in the third bathroom as well as the flooring, changing from linoleum to tile in June of 2016. Again during the demolition of the fiberglass shower unit he discovered very poor wall structure and support as well as slipshod shower pan installation. He completely rebuilt the shower flooring, re-braced and squared the walls. Again the outcome was fantastic. He is very people oriented and cares about his work and reputation. HIs suggestions during the bidding are very helpful and his pricing is reasonable. You will at least get your money's worth and probably more than expected.

The name of the person that came out and did the work was Andrew Soto; he was just horrible, he did a terrible job and he caused a lot of water damage. The installation of the tile was not the way I asked for it to be installed. He messed up my bathroom tile, and he was obnoxious with everyone. Everything he could do wrong, he did wrong.
Description of Work: I have used soto tile and marble to install tiles in my bathroom.
