Scott was very professional and he cleaned up everything before he left. I would recommend him for any garage door problems you may have.

We had an old garage door opener that was very loud and finally just stopped working. I called Scott and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He gave me options for replacing it and gave me the price, including installation before he even came out. We chose a more expensive opener than the one he first offered because we really wanted one that was as quiet as possible. He came the next day and was done in two hours. New opener in, new switch on the wall, old unit gone. No mess. Even the way he attached the wires to the ceiling was very neat compared to the old installation. He really paid attention to detail and we really appreciated that.

When they came out to give us the estimate and wound up fixing the door, I liked their work so much, that though their estimate for a new door was not the best price, we decided to use them anyway. But this is a 2 man operation, including secretarial, and our calls to order the new door and installation were never returned. We tried several times, but could not wait and wound up having our new door installed by a different company. They may have just been really busy, or having got a look at our garage, decided they never wanted to come back. Either way, phone calls should have been returned and it wound up costing them around $ 3500.00, which was the cost of the new door and installation. But for the work they did perform, it was A+

The service began with the phone call to schedule, which was pleasant and helpful. Scott arrived at the appointed time, with all the necessary parts and worked quickly and efficiently.

He was very prompt and on time. He also hit his quote and the cost was very affordable. He did a great installation. It only took him an hour or so. I would highly recommend him.

We can't say enough about how pleased we were with Scott's work. He arrived on time, was pleasant, tidy and did everything he said he would. His price was very competitive. We wish every other vendor we work with would have his work ethic.
