REPUBLIC FENCE

NOTICE: NO REVIEWS. I know why. Unreliable. I called for an Estamate with a "Brian" for 01/2214 for 1:30 pm. I confirmed the date & time when I made the appt. I informed him if I had a problem how can I reach him, (I'm a responsible person, not like others). He gave me the general office number. 818-341-5323, not his Cell. Brian never called me, showed up or anything. I finally called the office at 4:30, spoke to them, they claim "We have a lot of people sick", Really, thats why you can't call. I asked if Brian was working, was informed he was. Then they asked what I needed. I had already explained all this too Brian. I need fencing around my entire property, must be too much for them to handle?. I'm not using a Company that doesn't keep appointments, How can I trust them to do the work if hired.

They showed up on time. They were great. There were no questions regarding the work. They did exactly what they said they were going to. They are a very professional and reputable company. The price was decent for the work performed. The people were easy to talk to and they were very courteous.

Overall, we has a positive experience. The sales rep, Jack was very thorough and explained all of the costs in detail. The initial cost was a bit high but they did reduce it a bit. The job was done quickly and the workers did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I recommend this company.

I'm rating a C in price simply because the over the phone bid started at 5900, by the time the phone conversation was over it was down to 4200. After the walk around the salesman started with ''well I didn't know this, or that, when I was bidding''. To which I replied, you certainly did, because I told you about it over the phone. Bottom line is they should not quote over the phone. They should see the property first. But the salesman told me his boss won't let them do it that way.

Never called back.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE JOB AND GAVE ME A BID AND INSTALLED 2 DAYS LATER. WORKERS WERE VERY EXPERIENCED AND COURTEOUS TOWARD OUR NEEDS. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
