+ -1 moreDROPPED PC OFF ON MONDAY AFTERNOON, THEY CALLED WEDNESDAY TELLING ME THE PROBLEM. THEY CALLED FRIDAY AM, THAT IT WAS READY AND COULD BE PICKED UP.
Description of Work: CPU OPERATING SYSTEM CRASHED, BACKED UP DATA, FOUND 3 WORMS, REINSTALLED OPERATING SYSTEM AND SAVED DATA, AND RERUN 2 DIFFERENT VIRUS/WORM SCANS.

+ -1 moreMY COMPUTER WAS FROZEN, AND I CALLED HIM, AND HE HELPED ME OVER THE PHONE. I DIDN'T GET A CHARGE FOR THAT HELP. I LIKE THE GUY BECAUSE HE IS VERY OPEN MINDED, AND REASONABLE.
Description of Work: HE WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY SON. MIKE IS AMERICAN, AND SPEAKS SPANISH. HE CAME TO MY HOME, AND TOOK CARE OF MY COMPUTER. HE DID A GOOD JOB, AND TOLD MY TO CALL HIM IF I HAVE SOME MORE PROBLEMS.

+ -1 moreTHEY FOUND SOME VIRUSES IN MY COMPUTER, AND THEY MADE IT TO WORK. THEY CHARGED ME A VERY LOW PRICE. IT WORKS SO WELL FOR ME NOW.
Description of Work: I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER, AND I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO MUCH TO GET IT FIXED. A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS TO ME. THEY SPEAK ENGLISH, VIETNAMESE AND SPANISH.
