He came as a referral from one my great friends who has Paul monitoring all of his many building and raved to me about his level of service. After just one meeting with Paul you will also know that you are in great hands.

paul is the biggest fraud and liar you could ever meet- he has taken advantage of my family and he owes us $1500. they were supposed to install cameras which connect to our already owned DVR CCTV. from night one, the cameras did not work with the system. we called them and they did not answer for weeks during which time, the system was downed several times and the used cameras they sold us (which they did not tell us were used and did not give us a receipt or the box for any of the cameras) never worked. 2 of the cameras have been damaged from the first day. i requested them to fix the job for over three months and these USED cameras they lied about DO NOT WORK. because i have a restraining order against one of the neighbors and the cameras were put in those specific places but DO NOT WORK FROM DAY ONE, i was unable to attain a continuance on my restraining order against this neighbor. my family is contemplating suing because of this. we have suffered emotionally and physically immeasurably and will be filing suit due to this company lying and saying they would be there but NEVER showing up, showing up for literally 5 seconds, not checking ANYTHING (including the cables running around our house), the cameras themselves, nothing. we will be suing this company if they do not return our $1500 immediately. this is the only warning until we file suit with our family attorney who has reviewed the case. basically, we already had our own DVR and paul charged us $150 per camera which somehow turned into $1500. he scammed us and we will file suit also with the better business bureau unless he returns our money, remove your cameras and wires and be done with it.

Paul was great. Came by to give me an estimate the same day that I called. I had the written estimate the next day and the amount includes an Angie's List discount. He also gave me a quote for a camera system which was more than I could afford, but he also offered me the option of purchasing my own and providing labor to install. I did that and even though it was just the install he was as professional and attentive as when he did the alarm install. The alarm was installed one day and the cameras two days later. The software setup on the cameras was complicated, so I did that myself with the company's tech support. Paul was great and so were the guys who worked for him doing the install. Very nice, neat, courteous and professional. I feel much safer having the system and I thank Paul and his crew for making it so quick and easy. The price above includes the system, $1044, and the camera install, $500. Not included in the price above is the monthly service fee, which is $35 paid quarterly. That's for the basic service, which is all I need. I don't have the system accessible through my phone or internet. I highly recommend Protection Alarms.

It was fantastic. Paul gave me an appointment the next day. He actually arrived early! He and his college were able to fix my issue in 20 minutes. They were very competent and enthusiastic about their work. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!

The team was excellent and on time. They were knowledgeable and able to answer any question that I threw at them. The owner was on site and made himself available to me.

I am so impressed with a Paul and his company. He is not only the owner of this company, he is also an active, contributing member to the community. Upon meeting him, I knew that I would not look furher. Our old security system was starting to have problems. Paul knew exactly how to help us upgrade our system. He is very observant, noticing things about our home which we would have overlooked. He anticipated our needs, including choosing to bring white equipment to better fit in with our decor. When a minor adjustment to the system had to be made, Paul was quickly able to talk us through the procedure over the phone--no need to make an appointment for a service call. With Paul, you feel like you are talking with a friend, not dealing with a salesperson.

Paul from Protection Alarms was on time and very professional. His guys did a terrific job installing the alarm and Paul did the set up himself. After the bad experience we had with ADT, these guys were the BEST.

These guys are amazing! They are professional, helpful, supportive and clearly experts in their field. They have installed two alarm systems for me over the years and have done work for many of my referrals, all of whom have thanked me for the introduction. Paul puts the customer first, second and third and is far more concerned with getting the system the way you want it, than he is with time and billing. His business is built on word-of-mouth and it is easy to understand why he is in such demand. Paul has had many opportunities to ?up-sell? additional equipment and services and every single time, he opts for saving me money, not spending more. It is a rare occurrence indeed when I can actually look forward to a vendor coming to the house. Paul is such a vendor. Paul was punctual and very accommodating. His crew re-wired an alarm panel and re-located it prior to a construction project. He and his crew offered suggestions and were sensitive to our needs. He returned two weeks later to pre-wire our new construction, and will be back to finalize the modifications when our construction is complete. Here is our most compelling endorsement: Our family member has been in the alarm business for 40+ years, but since our experience with Paul, we will use only Protection Alarms for all of our future needs. Excellent - all according to my expectation and with in the original estimated time. the tech also stuck around for 15 min while i confirmed connectivity with monitoring service. i got an email prior to the appointment to let me know that tech was running 15 min behind. very professional & courteous.

I first met the owner, Paul Eisenstadt, at my home in July of 2010. We already had an alarm system, but wanted better monitoring service. Paul didn't try to sell us an upgrade or suggest any additions to our existing equipment. He looked at our system, said it was fine, and immediately switched over the monitoring service. He also met our dog (she's a big girl) and was concerned that she might trigger the motion sensors. Paul asked to test the motion sensors and offered to change them at no charge if necessary. We didn't need new sensors, but we appreciated Paul's thoroughness. Fast forward to the summer of 2011. My company's new offices were under construction and we needed a subcontractor to install the security systems. Remembering how upfront and honest Paul was in dealing with my home, I recommended Protection Alarms. It's important to note that my company is REALLY picky and we never ever just order from a menu, everything is customized according to our (sometimes eccentric) requirements. Holding my breath, I introduce Paul to my company and, *phew*, was greatly relieved that my boss felt good about hiring Paul and liked his practical recommendations. Protection Alarms did a great job. They arrived on time, every time, and always with the proper equipment and sufficient manpower. The workers were experienced, neat, and very polite. Called Paul at Protection Alarms on 2/5/2014. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. Paul arrived promptly. He was extremely knowledgible about security systems. He has been involved one way or another with the security industry for 30 years. He explained our options. We chose the system we wanted and set up an installation for the folllowing Wednesday. On February 12, Paul arrived with his crew on time. He reviewed the installation with his crew (Paul and Eddie),and left for another job site. Paul returned a hour later to set up the system. He explained the system in detail. The job was done in a professional manner. They cleaned up before they left. One of the workers,(Paul), even gave my wife tips on playing Candy Crush. When I first came to California, 57 years ago, we didn't worry about security systems. Unfortunatly, times have changed. I called for a quote a few weeks ago, Paul came out and gave me a fair quote while explaining everything to me. Once we arranged for the system to be installed, they came out at the designated time and had it installed in a couple hours. Paul then showed me how it works and we went over all the sensors, etc. The cleaned up the small amount of dust they made and left the place as they found it. Great job.

Paul Eisenstant provided me with amazing service. He answered all of my phone calls immediately, and provided the services I requested. He is extremely honest, and was willing to work with me to work out the best system for me. His prices are reasonable. I was referred to his company after reading reviews on Yelp. I needed a Medical System that I could wear at home and push a button in the event that I experienced a medical emergency. I called several other companies before calling Paul, owner or Protection Alarms. When he described the Life Sentry, which actually has the speaker in the pendant that you wear , this sounded so much better that other medical systems that do not have the speaker in the pendant. Originally, Paul was going to also replace my current alarm with a new alarm, but after he came out to my house, he said that I was better off keeping my old alarm and just leasing the Life Sentry medical emergency response system from Protection Alarms, and having the Life Sentry monitored by Protection Alarms. He was very careful not to try to sell me more that what I needed which seems very honest. I do recommend his company.
