Property Health was great in doing the asbestos testing I needed. They responded quickly and were able to schedule a test with relatively short notice. I would recommend to anyone who needs such work done quickly.

Very positive experience working with Frank and his team. Had an area with suspected mold. He and his team were so extremely professional, thorough and detailed, both during the inspection and afterwords with the report. Let me start with this: if every business were run the way that Frank ran Property Health, the world would have no complaints about anything. We needed to get some work done on our floors at our 3k sf gym facility, and realized we needed to test for asbestos before removing any adhesive or tile. We were in a mad rush to get this all done before the holidays were over, so I contacted Frank on WEDNESDAY NIGHT before Thanksgiving, expecting a reply the next week at the earliest. He responded THAT EVENING, and we actually booked an appointment the morning immediately after Thanksgiving. It's not so much the testing that I'm grateful for - it's the amount of education that Frank provided me after my BARRAGE of constant emails and texts - "is this black mastic? what should I be concerned about here? what is this yellow stuff?" it didn't matter the time - he was responding Thanksgiving evening at midnight, Friday afternoon after his inspection, Saturday in the evening (admittedly, I'm a bit obsessive and start rapid firing questions, so I'm not exactly the best customer). Again, this is the BEST service I've ever received in ANYTHING. I'm grateful for Frank's care and passion as a business owner and for serving us so faithfully. We need more Franks in all of our lives.

Frank is great. Came out to our house and tested our attic for asbestos (we're clear, thank you). Very nice man and extremely professional. It was all painless and I suspect that's mostly due to Frank's skill and professionalism.

Frank and his assistant did a thorough and extensive job, with Frank explaining what they were looking for and how they were doing it throughout the process. He has an authoritative knowledge of all things related to asbestos and molds. In addition, they were punctual and very courteous (even offered to remove their shoes as they walked through the house which i appreciated.)

It went very well. They were very organized. Their communication was good. They informed me before they were coming and they were on time.

Frank was excellent and I wouldn't have considered using anyone else. We contracted Frank on a previous job in 2010 for lead testing in our current home (we have young children and were worried about lead exposure) and he did an incredibly thorough job, using the latest technology to test for lead levels throughout the house. In the evaluation of our new home in 2017, Frank did a full assessment for lead, mold and asbestos and found all three present in the home. He wrote a thorough and timely report that was helpful in our negotiation with the sellers. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for hazardous materials testing.

Frank was great. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and has tons of experience with the way he explains things. He was not pushy or tried to scare you into getting anything done. I was so happy that I received an immediate response to my initial inquiry. The company performed the work within 24 hours, and provided us with a thorough report. They really went the extra mile by providing us with recommendations for preventative measures, sending us technical articles and videos. Very impressive! I give them an A rating.

I hired this company based on the wonderful reviews they got on Angie's list and now after the job is done - I would like to add one more wonderful review to their huge fan base. Frank is a real pro. He tells you upfront everything and is really helpful. His team is extremely professional. His prices are extremely competitive and they are a really fair company. Frank, who did our lead test did a very thorough job and went out of his way after he completed the report to talk to us on the phone to explain the report and answer any questions we had. I would like to highly recommend this company to everyone as they are really professional and honest.

Frank performed all the test we asked for as well as provided plenty of information and suggestions based on our requirements. He offered great advice and proceeded to give us options and recommendations. Frank also did more than I expected by going under our home, walked around the outside and attic. He provided a complete report with pictures, results, and remediation plan.

I don't know where to start from. If I could give Frank 10 stars over 5, I would. This is the second time I am using Frank from Aardvark Property Hazard Analysis to test a home for me prior to buying. Frank came on time, was very professional and discreet (made sure he discussed with me important information about the house) in privacy so that I may decide on my own term how to discuss my concerns with the sellers. He tested everything I needed, plus other issues that he found in the house. After submitting a very detailed inspection report (which I shared with sellers), he further extended himself to me to assist me in understanding what the findings meant. He came out a second time (free of charge) to draw diagrams and a plan for asbestos and lead and mold abatement. He independently submitted the scope of work needed to several bidders to directly contact me and give me their bids. That way, I can choose whom I want to do the job. I am extremely grateful. It is a breath of fresh air to have such an honest, dedicated hazard inspector that is professional and takes extra steps to insure the safety of his clients. Buying a home is stressful, but having someone like Frank do his best to assist makes the difference.

I really appreciate Frank and his courteous and professional manner while looking at a water leak in my rental unit. I recently had the unenviable task of taking care of a leak my neighbor caused to my rental unit. I found the field of mold and remediation to be checker boarded with people who will take advantage of you. The insurance companies will also try to take advantage of you in the process. When I called Frank, I immediately felt at ease. In dealing with him after a few minutes, I understood I had a winner. His expert knowledge, ability to communicate, and prompt service were impeccable. He arrived on time with only two hours? notice then took a sample of the area. He talked to me about the process for the analysis. He then explained about the report process and lead-time on the results. I was in a rush and needed the sample the next day. I received the results and report in less than 24 hours. What really impressed me is he listened to my concerns and addressed them with common sense and his extensive knowledge. He did not try to take advantage of me but provided old-fashioned customer service. The report I received was professional, precise, and included detailed pictures and analysis of what I was dealing with. I will always be thankful for everything he did for me. He gave me more value than anything I paid to him. He gave me peace of mind in the middle of chaos.

Report took a week longer to get, but otherwise satisfied. I would use them again.

Frank was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He returned calls promptly and gave a clear definition / statement of work. He came along on the date of our home inspection (for a home we ended up purchasing) and tested for asbestos. He explained what he was testing, as well as items to look out for if we were to want to do additional testing. Although I had not asked for a lead inspection he mentioned a few things related to that gave us peace of mind.
