Description of Work: Described work needed to be done and the technician said that this was easy to do and we could do it ourselves and buy the part cheaper than he could. He told us what to do and it worked great repairing the machining machine in minutes

+ -1 moreAs usual they provide the best service for all my appliances. I have used them for my Sub-Zero and my Fisher Paykel for the last ten years to keep them in tip top shape. They are excellent, professional and reasonably priced. I would not call anyone else.

Description of Work: We needed our dishwasher opened because it was locked shut. He couldn't figure it out. We have also called them to repair our refrigerator/freezer several times and each time they take a long time, don't have parts and fix something only to have it happen again.

+ -1 moreWhile he came very late in the time frame provided, the technician was efficient, informed, polite and really handsome. He had to take the whole unit out of the wall, but he had the right equipment and repaired what was a simple wiring problem. The unit's worked perfectly since then.
Description of Work: My main oven suddenly wasn't heating properly, so I called Pro Tek.
