Tomer came out promptly, reviewed the situation and provided a very reasonable quote. Three days later, they came out and replaced all ducting in the attic and the blower motor on the attic AC unit, all in one day. Tomer is very professional and knowledgeable and made good suggestions without any high-pressure sales attitude. His workers were very neat, respectful of me and the house, making sure that they didn't leave any mess or damage. They were great.

Summer came early to Los Angeles this year, and when I got home from work last night my house's internal temp was 86 degrees, despite leaving the thermostat on at 78. I called Premium Air at at 7:30 a.m. the next morning and by 8:15 a.m. Romer arrived. Within minutes he determined that the dual run capacitor was shot and needed to be replaced. He didn't have the part needed on hand, so he left to pick one up. He was back within 30 minutes with the correct part and had it installed in minutes. My air conditioner is running perfectly now. Very Honest and Capable Company and technicians. I hired Tomer from Premium Air to install us 2 air conditioning systems. I received their information from a family man that hired them and they proved to do a job for them for a few years. My family was definitely right. This is a good company to deal with, great service, and professional, punctual and reasonable compared. Every time I called them for help, they answer and helped as much as they could without charging me for it. Another main thing that I liked is the warranty that they provided me with the systems. I highly recommend them.

This past summer my home was hit just prior to moving in after closing escrow. Needless to say this was a bad time to not have my downstairs A/C unit! After doing some research online, my husband and I decided to go with Premium Air. Their prices were reasonable, and we ended up ordering an American Standard unit to replace the one destroyed. Unfortunately we did have a mix-up with the installation, and an "Ameristar" unit was installed instead of what we ordered (it's manufactured by American Standard, but it's their "builders grade" brand, which is considered lower quality). We contacted Tom the very next morning to inform him of the incorrect unit installed by one of his techs, and he promptly apologized for it, and didn't hesitate to correct the situation and make things right with us! On our 2nd issue in February, which revolved around the upstairs furnace producing a strong burning smell. Being very concerned of the unit starting a fire, we ceased running it, and gave Tom a call. He came out the very same day, and personally checked things out. He tested my furnace unit, and determined it was fine; however, he suspected it was my digital thermostat unit not telling the blower unit to come on, likely due to low batteries. Since we were repeated customers, coupled with the fact he was in and out in less than 20 minutes and didn't need to do any actual repairs, he waived his diagnostics fee for this trip. Well low and behold it turned out Tom was right about the digital thermostat just needing new batteries, and after replacing them everything has ran fine! All in all, Premium Air has provided very affordable pricing, exceptional service, and a sorely missed honest business practice that I have not seen in quite some time. I highly recommend this business, and we'll definitely be giving them a call if we need service again!

A few days ago my heater went out. It just happened that Premium Air had just set an appointment as part of my service contract. When the technician came over, I explained that the heater had just gone out and it appeared that this service time was perfect. I called the office of Premium Air and asked to set an appointment. In less than 2 hours, I received a phone call from Tomer letting us know he was only 10 minutes away and would be there to look at my unit. When Tomer arrived, I explained to him what was going on with the heater. He looked at the thermostat and then he looked and checked the unit. In 20 minutes, Tomer had the heater working. Apparently the problem was smaller than I thought it will. Tomer replaced a capacitor - $ 123.00 Tomer stayed an extra 20 minutes to insure that the unit was working properly and he replaced my filters - what more could I ask for? Nothing wrong with the unit, good for a few more years. I are definitely having Tomer come back in spring to service the HVAC!

If I could give Tomer a million stars, I would. The absolute best customer service I have had for a long time since I moved to the house 7 years ago. With the help of his assistant, Tomer installed my new Friedrich 9600 BTU air conditioner with the skill of a surgeon. Whoever says installing an air conditioner is simple is wrong. Especially in this city with all the regulations and requirements! Tomer made several adjustments, which a person without the highly specialized knowledge would not have known to make. He checked every piece of equipment thoroughly and stayed to make sure everything was working up to par. He actually waited until the room was cool, and made several recommendations on how to cool the rest of my apartment without going broke. As if this wasn't enough, I had some follow up questions and I received an answer promptly. Did I mention that Tomer is the nicest, most patient person on the planet?

90 minutes after I called the office of Premium Air, I received a call back that they were available for a next-day appointment/repair. Tomer arrived within the time frame specified and called to let us know when he was 20 minutes away. The air conditioner at the house was installed and running within 35 minutes after the arrival of Tomer, and he gave us helpful advices on wintertime storage and maintenance of our unit. Premium Air provided us with friendly, knowledgeable and reliable service at a highly competitive price point!

Tomer is awesome! Like several of my friends noted, he is running this small business with few others technicians, so it may take a few hours for him to come over and check the air conditioning system, but it's worth the wait. Tomer was right on time and he is an expert with the old A/C unit at my house. In addition to the repair, Tomer checked the unit for mold and he explained me what will be the best ways to keep it running for a few more years, and showed me how to clean the unit and the filter. The repair (including him patiently answering all of my questions!) was probably only 30 minutes total. Fast and easy. The level of service Tomer provided definitely surpassed my expectations. In addition, he's a super nice guy and pretty cool to hang with for a half hour. If we need air conditioning in any future apartments, I know who to call.

Premium Air were recommended to me my next door neighbor who said that he called them few weeks back because his AC system got broken and the company sent to his house a technician that came over and was very polite and professional. He also mentioned that he did good work and the price that he paid was very reasonable. What an understatement! I called the company in the morning and I left a message. After 20 minutes, they called me back and asked for the problem. The person that I spoke to, asked me several questions in order to figure out what is the problem and if he can determined the parts that he will need to bring via the phone. The technician (Tom) Showed up at the time frame that I was told and he had all the parts that he needed to have for the problem. He also was able to find the problem with my air-conditioner pretty fast, fixed it and charged me a much less than my plumber charges just to come out. I feel 100% confident in recommending them.

I had Tomer from Premium Air to come over to my house and to repair the furnace. Tomer is an honest and reliable person and he charges a fair rate for his service. In the past, I had a different company diagnosed the Air conditioning system and the furnace but the other company told me that the circuit board needs replacement which would cost me a lot of money. Because of the high estimate of that company, I decided to get another opinion in order to have something to compare and to make a decision about if to do it or not. I found Tomer online and I gave them a call to see if they can send someone over to check and diagnose the problem and mainly to tell me how much it will cost to fix. Tomer was the person that was sent to my house and he knew the furnace brand very well. The next day he came back with the part to replace it. The repair cost much less and I was very happy. Premium Air will be my AC Company for future work to come.

We purchased our home in June. Apparently after it became that something was wrong with our Air Conditioning system where every room would get cold except the master bedroom. On top of that, we noticed that no matter how much I vacuumed, the house was always dusty. We began to suspect that the dust was related to the AC and figured that we need the air duct to be clean and maintained by someone that know what he is doing. I called Premium Air in and I spoke to a nice lady that after several basic questions, was able to schedule the house for an appointment/Inspection. The following day Tomer came over (on time) and he got right to work. He was very professional and explained the process. He opened a few ducts and showed me the build up inside. It was pretty nasty, approximately 1.5 inches of dust and debris. After that, he proceeded the vacuuming. He was at my house for 4 hours (more or less). The best part in addition to cleaning the ducts was that Tom also fixed the master bedroom problem! He explained that particular duct was not sealed properly and he was right. Now we get great airflow in our bedroom. Also the house is considerably less dusty. Thank you so much for everything Tom.

I hired Tomer to come and perform a cleaning to the Air ducts and to check the AC unit. Tomer did a great job by cleaning and service My AC unit that apparently had some minor issues that caused it to perform not as it should. Tomer is honest and reliable person that cares only to solve the problem and to make sure that i was happy with his work. i recommend him to anyone that would like to have his AC repaired or anything that is related to that.

I got the number of this company from a friend that hired them before and he was very happy with the service they did. My initial meeting was with Tomer. He came over and checked the house in order to determine what system I will need. He quoted me with a 3.5 tons system that is energy efficient that will save me up to 20% on my electricity bill. His price fits the prices that I checked and because I had a good feeling at that meeting, I decided to hire them and to install the AC unit. The installation of the AC was a 3 days’ work because they had to replace all the old system and that took long time to do. The new system is very good and I'm very happy with the system.

Great and honest people to work with! The price for their service was very fair and comparable to others. I called to check and see if they can pass and check my system because the hot air wasn't hot enough. The office scheduled a time for Miguel to come and check it. Miguel came over and he was professional and polite to me. He checked the system and he found out the problem and he quoted me before he did the work. He also showed me the problem. His estimate for the repair was $320 including the materials and the warranty.

Good company and mostly honest! Miguel was sent by his company to my house to check the air conditioning and to see what the problem is. His checking of the system proved that the thermostat was not good and needed to be replaced. His service price including the new parts was very reasonable and the system is perfectly working now.

Excellent and professional people. This is what I can say about Premium Air and mainly Miguel. I had to call this company because my air conditioning system didn?t work and I saw them working at my neighbor?s house and they were happy with them. Miguel came over and went up to the roof after he noticed the problem. His testing revealed that it will be better to replace the condenser and to install a new one so I will save money on the long run by keep calling someone to repair it. His price for the job was fair and he was able to schedule the replacement for the following day. On the day of the installation, Miguel ordered a Crain to come over and to remove the old one and to bring the new one to the roof for installation. The work was completed the same day and Miguel did a good job.

I'm very happy with the new air conditioning system that Juan and his assistance installed at my house. Juan came over because I called the company in order to see if they can fix the existing system. Juan came and checked the system and he recommended me to install a new system that will be stronger and more efficient. The system that he installed was a 5 tons carrier brand. Juan gave me a great estimate for the system and it took him 3 days to complete the installation. A week after the installation, I can say that it?s a very good system and juan did a good job!

I had been using a different company for a number of years, but had a terrible experience and somehow found Premium Air and gave them a call for my A/C unit that didn?t work well. Premium Air sent to my house one of their technicians (Mike). Mike came over to check the system and to see why there is no heat coming out. After his testing, he suggested we replace the AC in addition to the furnace. He gave us (what I'm sure) were solid reasons, at the end we chose not to do the extra work. Sure enough, less than 5 months, the AC needed to be replaced as well. I would have saved a good bit if they had done all the work at the same time.

Premium Air came over and repaired my A/ C unit. Apparently, the system didn't took a lot of air from the unit. Juan from this company came over the same day to check and see the problem. He was knowledgeable enough to go up to the roof and check the other unit that seats there. He noticed that the capacitor was not good and he recommended us to replace it. His estimate for the work was fair and he explained that the price is based on the part (and he told me how much was it) and his work. After i approved his work, he worked for additional 1 hour and he fixed the Air conditioning. Honest guy and reliable.

My AC unit start to work strange and didn't work correctly. I called Premium Air and asked them to come and check the system and see what is the problem. The person that i spoke over the phone, was polite and gave me several options of time frame to come over and check for the problem. Miguel came over to my house and he wasn't late. He also called before to confirm that there will be someone at the house. When he came, he tested the system and he determined that the thermostat wasn't functioning good and he recommended me to replace it. His price for the emplacement was good so i agreed to do that. After the new one was installed, the air conditioning system start work correctly and Miguel performed additional testings to make sure that everything is good. I must say that Miguel and this company are nice, polite and professional.

Great experience with these company. I came back from a vacation and found that my furnace was blowing cold air. I called Premium Air and left a message. Within the house a lady called me back. She took my information and a description of what is the problem and she told me that someone would show up soon to my house. As promised, a technician came over about thirty minutes after. He took a look at my unit and determined that something was just clogged up and needed to be cleaned out. He did this very quickly and my unit was working again. I would have paid a premium amount for such fast and helpful service, but the total bill was just a service call, which was much less than I thought it would be. I couldn't be happier with the price or the overall experience. Juan from Premium Air was polite, professional and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use their services again.

My A/C unit had some issues in heating the house. I searched for a normal company that can come and check it in order to know what is the problem and to fix it. One of the companies that i called was Premium Air. I spoke to Tomer and i explained to him what was the problem. Tomer scheduled with me a meeting at my house and he arrived on the time frame that he gave me and that was a good and positive thing because other companies didn't arrived on time OR arrived at all. Tomer did a checking on the system and he found out the there was 2 problems that caused the problems. He gave me an estimate for the repair and the price was right so i approved it. He worked for 2 hours most and he solved the problem. This company is serious and honest. my cost was his parts and his labor. Definitely a company that is worth to call and hire.

Got an estimate for service but ended up using a different provider. This company was definitely in the top running and our second choice. Worth a call.

I misunderstood the word "service". What I should have been looking for was "maintenance" so the $39 did not apply but I went ahead anyway as the air had not been getting cool enough. My unit is very old and although it was suggested I install a new and more efficient one I was not pressured to do so. The engineer came on time and explained how everything worked and answered all my questions, which were probably pretty dumb, so that I understood what he was doing. He was very pleasant to work with and even changed my furnace filter and left a new one for later. I would certainly use this company again. Very pleased.

Came on time as scheduled, and did the job as planned. Final price was as quoted initially. I was very pleased with their quality of work and professional attitude. I would definitely call them again for any A/C work in the future.
