It worked out great. They met my expectations.

He works professionally, reliably, conscientiously on all projects we have asked him to do. He cleans up after each day of work.

They came in and he was really kind of rude, so we chose not to go with them. His quote was significantly higher as well.

He is extremely efficient and reliable and that's why we stick with him. You can rely on him especially in an emergency, but his emergency response does come with a higher price.

The entire team that Mr. Tenenbaum has working with him are all professionals and acted accordingly. They put you at ease when you realize how real pros go at a job. The job was timed out very nicely and went accordingly to plan. From framing to electrical, to the pluming and tile work it was all well executed and with high standards. The title and plaster pros are like watching artists at work.

It went well. Everyone arrived on time. The pricing was fair and well worth it. We were very pleased with the results. He also did extra work that was not included in the contract.

We met to get an estimate; Mike was confident and had some good ideas of what he wanted in a kitchen. His years of experience can be helpful, but I felt that he was more insistant and wasn't listenning to our ideas. MIke told us we'd have to pay his subs directly and that we would be reponsible for all ourside costs except his fee. So we had trouble figuring out why we would hire a contractor. Some homeowners need some strong guidance from the contractor, however, we felt like some of our ideas that were dismissed. MIke often disagreed with us and made my wifes ideas seem uninportant or ill-informed. We were very patient with him, but we just were not seeing anyting eye to eye. Mike told us that our estimate for redoing the kitchen was not realistic and that other vendors wouldn't do the job for that amount. ONce again, we just weren;t seeing eye to eye, which is why we met with over 6 vendors. The last thing was that MIke spoke of his business going to "shades" and scaling back from Kitchens, which made us feel as though we would not get the focus, as he was loosing interest in the remodling part of his business.

We initially hired Mike to remodel our kitchen. He came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. He completed the work when he said he would and did it right. From then on we hired Mike for everything from small jobs to bathroom remodel.

It turned out great. I have already recommended them to others. They were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

He was very accommodating and carried out whatever he said he would do. The workers he had were good also. With all the repairs we had done said it extended the life of the outside another 10 years.

He is punctual and keeps his word. I can tell he is knowledgeable in the business, and does quality workmanship-including the subcontractors. I would highly recommend him.

Recommended by my sister-in-law, Mike Tenenbaum undertook the remodeling of our kitchen in a professional and efficient manner. The work was performed timely, with excellent workmanship and good results over the years. Mike is also our trusted plumber/electrician and the person we go to with any need. He stands by his work, answers requests promptly. Never once - especially during emergencies - he has failed us.

He did a great job and finished on time. The price was very fair and the sub contractors he used were superior. He was always available to take my calls for questions and the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend him.

We had a problem with our bathroom floor. There were bumps in it. He took up the floor, fixed the floor, and put in new beautiful floors. He also fixed the shower door, installed a new grab bar in shower, and put in a safer hose for the dryer. Everything he did was neat, on time, and the people he has working for him are great. I have friends who have worked with him in the past as well and all have been very satisfied.

They always accomplish what they say they will. That often does not turnout that way with contractors. I would definitely recommend them!

It was a positive experience. He was excellent. It didn't go completely smooth but everything was resolved and we are very happy with the quality. He is an electrician by trade. We would highly recommend him. He will do anything that a customer wants. He is very well rounded in construction and he knows how to do every facet. He has been working with the same sub contractors and we paid them directly. We paid each different contractor individually and it was all written up in our contract. He was very organized and told us what would be happening each week. We had one small incident where a bedside table got damaged by a lamp and he took care of it with no cost to us. His work was to our satisfaction. He was very conscientious and a high quality worker. He stands by his work and if we had any issues it would take care of them.. We value high quality with good work. They were willing to work with us on anything. We never had any problems getting hold of him. He brings his computer and shows you exactly what he is going to be putting in.
