Description of Work: We had a contractor doing our kitchen remodel. We needed to replace almost all appliances plus the faucet and sink. Initially, I was trying to shop online because friends told me it's cheaper to buy online. After a couple of unpleasant orders, we ended up buying most of items from Pacific Sales. Their posted prices may be higher but with contractor discounts, they are comparable to other stores including online. The items we bought were wall oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, vent, sink, faucet, disposer switch, etc. The good thing about buying at Pacific Sales is that it's easy to return, exchange, set delivery date, etc. They are friendly also. Just want to mention the unhappy online order experience for comparison. I bought a disposer online and received an open-box item. Looks like a returned item. An even worse experience was that I ordered an induction cooktop from US-APPLIANCE.com for over $1400 and then found out that we needed to spend extra $900 to add a 220-v, 50-amp power line which required opening up walls also. So we gave up on the induction cooktop. But US-Appliance charged us 10% restocking fee plus the shipping cost for returning the item. So we lost $265. We wouldn't have that problem if ordering from Pacific Sales.

Description of Work: The washer/dryer I purchased is a lemon. The repair department suggested that I contact the store manager for a replacement unit. The store manager will not return my calls. I paid over $1,000 for this unit, and I have to go to the laundromat.
