I’ve been using him since before he got his contractor’s license. He does excellent work. I’ve been using him for several years. I don't know on the price yet, he hasn't sent me the bill yet. He came the day that I got out of the hospital. It was a Saturday and he came at 7:00 at night. He's from Chatsworth. I was very impressed that he would come all the way over here after work, to do that for me. Sometimes he's not real punctual.

He is available to do anything I need him to do.

Installed recess lighting. Light has held up very well.

It was interior painting. They will be doing exterior painting soon though. They are just very professional. They clean up very well after themselves. They are just very good.

On the plumbing, they redid the front, and they ran a sleeve down to the sewer. They did a lot of work. They had to dig down and repair all of the sewer line that went from the house to the street. Then they ran a sleeve from the street to the sewer line where the city is. Apparently they saved me about $35,000, because if that part of it had broken, which it was about to, that's what it would have cost to dig up the street. They did it, so that they wouldn't have to dig up the street. For the price, I don't really have anything to compare it with. It was an emergency and I had to have it done.

Painted the complete outside and he installed all new rain gutters around the house with downspouts. He refinished the deck. What stood out to me in the quality of the work on the inside was the way they took all the furniture and put it in the middle of the room and covered everything before they started and put everything back.
