Home Energy Masters

This seemed like a good product. We did all 9 windows in our house. Once the measurements were taken and ordered I had to call several times to arrange installation. From then on it was one disaster to another. Truck burned on the way to install. New order placed. Called to find out when to expect new delivery. Date set. Installer got sick. New date set. Crew came trio install but / windows were missing from order. Crew pulled trim and flashing from original large window. Installed one window crooked. Left 5 minutes before we got home to see the job. They had not finished finished the job ( but we did not know that). There were large gaps, foam insulation showing, no trim replaced. It was a total mess. I called every number I had for the company, sent emails and photos. NO RESPONSE ever!! Finally the installer came and reviewed the work. It had not been completed and he scheduled FTP complete it. On e they finally finished, the windows look fine and they replaced the flashing and put on new trim. The installer supervisor was he only one who ever talked to us after the initial order. It took 2 months longer than we were told it would and the company never ever responded to us. In fact, when they do not answer he phone, you get a message that sends you right back to the original message. They were he worst home improvement company (or any company) I have ever dealt with!!!
