He is knowledgeable and competent, which is reflected in his busy schedule. He worked with me to get the appointment scheduled at good time. I would definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreHe was on time, very easy-going and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable. The first visit, a month ago, he came to work on my disposal, which ended up fixing itself. So he didn't even charge me for the visit. I bet some plumbers would have charged me for that. He seems very trustworthy. I would call him again and again.
Description of Work: My tub faucet was broken. He tried to fix it on first visit but realized the whole unit was broken. He had to leave and search several hardware stores and come back the next day before he could find a store that had the part we needed.

+ -1 moreI WOULD SAY THAT HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIS PRICE WAS FAIR, HIS RESPONSE TIME WAS GOOD, THE JOBS WERE COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY. PUNCTUALITY WAS GOOD, HE SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, THIS IS WHY I USE HIM.
Description of Work: HE SOLD ME AND INSTALLED A NEW WATER HEATER. HE ALSO CAME OUT TO UNCLOG A DRAIN.
