Horrible company, with incompetent technicians. Did not fix problem, Absolutely DO NOT recommend. They sent a technician to my house to fix a malfunctioning washing machine. The technician was there for under 10 minutes, and claimed to have fixed the problem. The issue was with the timing mechanism. It was getting stuck at 26 minutes remaining and would then run indefinitely until you manually turn it off. After telling me I am using the right soap, so that shouldn't be the problem, he writes on the sheet that he "advised customer to use proper soap". I pointed out to him that he just told me I AM using the proper soap. So he changed the reason to "using too much soap". Still unsure as to how this is affecting the timing mechanism, I give him the benefit of the doubt and proceed to run a load right after he left. Of course, the same exact issue occurs. I call the warranty company, who calls DSA back. The technician has now changed his reason to "the maid doesn't know how to properly use the machine", even though I'm the one running the load, and claimed the machine is working just fine, even though he never even attempted to run a load to make sure its in fact functioning fine. And now they're REFUSING to come back and fix the problem.

It ended badly. DSA was paid money and they did not fix the problem and they did not return the money and they canceled the repair job so got the money and did no repairs~!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: DSA Appliance Came out to fix refrigerator and Dario the owner said we needed a part to be ordered and it would take 24 hours at which time they would call back to reschedule to put in the part to fix our refrigerator. After 5 days not hearing anything about the part arriving I called and the owner Dario said the part had not come in. I pushed saying I was told after the order went in the part would be received within 24 hours and we have been without a refrigerator for over 1 week - Dario said he did not like my attitude and would cancel the repair and not fix our refrigerator. He was paid for his services and did not perform his duties. The owner Dario was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and obnoxious.
