+ -1 moreThe quality of their work was good, they were punctual and responsive to my calls to have the work completed. They came out a promised. I had company coming into town and needed things completed before they got there. There were issues with installing some of the bathroom fixtures and I had to run around (during my lunch hour) to get the replacement fixtures. This caused additional charges for two more service calls - three in total. They apprarently carry no replacement parts with them. It was annoying enough to have to be re-charged every time they came out but in the end there was a a soap dispenser for the kitchen sink that they said would not fit and could not be installed and I would have to go purchase a cover to put over the hole in the sink as the dispenser couldn't be installed. With a little effort I was able to install it myself. It wash' t difficult, it was just in an awkward spot to access. After spending almost $500 to have all this work done and then find out they couldn't even have taken the extra effort to install the soap dispenser was extremely annoying.
Description of Work: I had a kitchen faucet to be replaced as well as shower fixtures to be installed in my bathroom. All the plumbing was already in place, nothing had to be repaired. I just did not have the time to do this myself.

Description of Work: Service included the replacement of a faulty toilet with a Toto toilet, and replacement of a water filter under our kitchen sink. The toilet itself is pretty expensive, but we are very pleased with the brand. The service people are extremely professional and communicate well. We have depended on this company for over 15 years. The front office is very good- they follow through and let you know exactly when to expect the service person, and I have never been disappointed. They get the job done and in an industry where you hear a lot of horror stories about the service, I only have good things to say about them.
