Custom Wood Finishing was rated A by several users but there were several who were very unhappy with the lack of followup. Last week I call this provider and arranged for the owner to come to my home to give me an estimate. He never showed up, nor did he call me to tell me he was not coming. When I called to find out what happened I was told his mail box "was full" so I could not leave a message. I called again a few days later and was told "he forgot" the appointment. I, however, had taken off from my job to meet with him the day he "forgot." This provider does not deserve an A rating.

Everything was fine. I had no complaints. They did nice work. I found the whole thing to be ridiculously expensive, but I don't know how to compare to others.

They came removed all the doors and cover the room they stained my boxes to the color I wanted and they brought the doors after 10 days and install back the cabinet finished in three days that was little inconvinance but over all it was done with no problems we had to eat out for those days

They took their time covering all the floors and walls using a lot of plastic paper and explained to me some times after all the work finish maybe need some touch up as the paint drying time may show some imperfection and exactly what Arman said that happened I wish they could have done all the boxes at their shop too we had a little smell in the house

Process was smooth, hassle free and quick. I needed kitchen make over without breaking a bank. After consulting with few I chose to go with custom wood finishing since owner was highly qualified, knew exactly what I wanted and very Profesional. Obviously kitchen is the mostly used room in my house so I needed this to be done very fast. Within 10 days they removed the cabinet doors, took them to their shop, primed painted, painted the cabinet in the house, installed the doors,hardwares and cleaned and left. I'm very satisfied with the end result. With small budget my kitchen looks totally new and amazing. Extremely happy.

After they provide me a sample then we signed the contract first day they removed all the door and draws to the shop and then cover the all kitchen and applied the paint on the frame and after two days at the house they cleaned everything and left waited another week to bring the doors back to install

Arman made the exact stain I wanted and his crew worked fast to get it done for father's day weekend. Although it was a bit messy they cleaned up everything. I would definitely use his service again for our bathroom. They gave my kitchen a whole new look, I'm loving it.
