Victor did my laminate flooring within my 700 sqft condo. I had 12 mm flooring with underlayment and he was able to get the job done in 3 days time. He was also able to start immediately which was great! Was very kind and professional throughout the process, would recommend for flooring work!

I hired this contractor to do concrete leveling. The communication at the beginning was poor. The contractor did not show up at the agreed upon time as he confused me with another customer. They were sloppy with the work. For example, they did not put up plastic on the walls to protect from splatters until they had started and I requested them to do so. Additionally, they poured the concrete water mixture waste into my flower beds and left the concrete mess there. Additionally they cleaned their tools on my lawn which left some concrete mess. The actual quality of the leveling was satisfactory. Although, I did have to do some small patchwork afterwards to get rid of some small bumps in order to install the flooring. The price was low considering the amount of work required.

Mr. Victor is knowledgeable about hard wood floors. He worked on ours that has been in place since 1945. He was careful, cleaned up after himself, kind, and listened to what we needed. Will hire him again for future jobs.

Mr. Victor is very knowledgeable about working with old, hardwood floors. He did an incredible job at replacing slats of wood that were termite eaten and even replaced a baseboard for us that he made himself. This is noteworthy because our baseboards are from 1945 so you can not just go to any store and buy something like that. He made a section of the baseboard that we needed. We will definitely be contacting him again for any future repairs. He is also a nice person and listens to what you need done. Very happy with this job.

Victor did a great job. I had no idea how much work was involved to repair a few water damaged wood flooring pieces.

This company is professional and priced reasonably. Victor is like the Michael Angelo of floors. He can up with creative ways to repair the unrepairable. I highly recommend him foe hardwood floors installation/repair.
