+ -1 moreThe sales person was very helpful when I had gone there. They had all the orders in when they said they would. They had called me when they stuff had been delivered.
Description of Work: I had gone there to buy a new sink and a faucet to put in a new sink.

+ -1 moreI wasn't too impressed with Baker & Wells Appliances as from the waiting on the tech, to his not-so-nice attitude, to the giving up on the work. He did give us the money back, but after all that I wouldn't expect anything less.
Description of Work: Our clothes washer was malfunctioning and we called them. The technician almost didn't show up because he was apparently stuck at a previous job site. He did call us but it was a hassle as he wanted to come in the next day. He finally showed up later in the day and his attitude wasn't the best, probably because he was tired. He diagnosed the problem and said he would come back the next day to replace it. The following day, he tried to fix it but couldn't get it to work so he gave up and gave us our check back and left.

+ -1 moreBEST PRICE ON GRANITE AND FIXTURES WE WERE ABLE TO FIND. VERY WILLING TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. ALEX DID A GREAT JOB AT EXPLAINING ALL OF OUR OPTIONS BEFORE WE CHOSE THE GRANITE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED GRANITE KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS AND TORE OUT PREVIOUS COUNTER TOPS.
