+ -1 moreHe canceled on me and I asked when he can come back and he said I won't even tell you when I'll come back or if I can. I have three service contracts with him. I have him on service contracts and the service contracts are fine, it's just coming out doing the job. I tried to pass information through his office staff and they're not passing the information. I don't know if I will use them again.

Description of Work: I use Arpi Heating Air Conditioning for the service and maintenance of my heating and air conditioning. The last time I used them was in February this year to clean the filters, the ducts and fix any problems I have with the units.

+ -1 moreThey have always answered immediately and they don't charge outrageous amounts for emergencies. They value repeat customers. They also tend to have the same people come back to do the service.
Description of Work: They came out on what I thought was an emergency, but it was only a circuit breaker. They also do our yearly maintenance. The cost is for yearly service of the furnace and air conditioner.
