+ -1 moreI contacted Andrews about a small steel 60s patio set (table & 4 chairs) that belonged to my parents and had been exposed to the elements for some time, both to East Coast winters and California heat/sun. I was moving and thought I?d set the table and chairs up on my roof deck. I sent about 5 photos showing the dimensions and the damage. Sandee Andrews responded very quickly. I was immediately struck by her professional and thorough approach. She explained in fascinating detail (I?m not joking, I found it very interesting) each stage of the process. We exchanged several messages. Sandee?s responses were always prompt, articulate and thoughtful. I appreciated that she shared tips about how to evaluate the damage and what might cause problems in the future. Unlike others I contacted, her detailed quote included all the costs, which was great, because it saved me the worry of trying to think of every possible element. The price was not the lowest, but Andrews is without a doubt the company I feel would do the best job. I didn?t get my patio set repaired because a) there was so much else about the move to deal with and b) in the end I had far less space than I thought on my roof deck. So it had absolutely nothing to do with the company. I will certainly use them when I can find a place to put the furniture.
